Created my Bodyspace page and did a little routine changing here...My question to the vets is...will it work?
Mon-Chest-(various ab routines)
DB flat press 50lbs each arm 12,10,8,6

Can I get some feedback on this I have started it last week and it feels good but I want to make sure it's enough for me to see results...Also bare in mind I don't go to the gym I work out in my basement.
