working as personal trainer
so i just passed my personal trainer test (yea, i probably became dumber because of it).
was wondering if anyone here worked or ever worked as a personal trainer. i was thinking about doing it as a part time job to supplement income.
where'd you work? what's it like working for a chain gym (gold's, la fitness, ymca's. etc). anyone work for themselves? what is the typical workday include. how much selling is involved in the position. whats the pay--standard pay plus incentives?
any information would be helpful. not sure if i want to do this or not...figured i would ask here to get some ideas before i called different gyms.
