I have lost 30kgs. I work 7 days a week, two jobs and three of those days are 16 hours or more. I make the time to go to the gym regardless of fatigue.
My issue is possibly the same as yours... I eat healthier then I did in the past - I NEED to eat AS healthy as I can (I have about 10 more kilos to lose).
I lost the first 10kgs just walking... easy
The rest has been hard work at the gym.
