Universal ShockTherapy+Storm first impressions

Today was my first day using these supplements, and today was also my first day back to the gym in 6 days because i had a fever for 3 and rested 3 more.

I took 1 scoop of each 30mins pre workout, I had them separate'

Taste-
10/10 For storm (fruitpunch) it tasted better the coolaid, and postworkout i looked foward to drinking it because of the taste
7/10 FOR ShockTherapy taste pretty waterd down and like nothing with only 10oz of water

Mixes-
9/10 for both few spins with a spoon and they where mixed but they kinda
fell to the bottem and i had to spin it again

pump/energy-8/10
i felt kinda out of shape with 6 days off from lifting and i forgot my ipod at home because i was in a rush, but i still put up the weight i waned to without any trouble and my 10 min run on treadmill for warmin up was insane i was running like i had a dog after me or something...

Focuz- not going to give it anything there was a group of teenagers at the gym that was making noise curling and benching supersets... and i forgot my ipod so ill leave this emty for the next review

Overall- 8/10
I'm still tingleling from my postworkout storm and i'm still pumped lol pumped from a workout 2 hours ago..

ill have a better review after 3 solid month of using these products along with a high calorie diet with before and after pics, stats and more

for one day on it i felt awsome

First of all thanks to Universal for the samples of grape Storm and Shock Therapy. Great products but one thing that bothers me is the amount of selenium in Shock therapy grape flavor. I would just stick with the fruit punch. Overall, one bottle lasts a long time and at a great price!

has anyone expierenced headaches from the shock theray grape? I have taken it 3 times now and all three times i have gotten a horrible headache while still at the gym lifting? Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated..

no but one thing that but me is that about 10 mins after drinking both of these i feel like complete **** but then another 10 mins go by and i feel awsome, also another conplaint is after drinking storm i get headaches i guess i need to up my water intake

maybe if you drink more water the headaches will go away

the product is still working strong and i'm still setting prs almost every time in the gym

Taste is so subjective. For example, some love Torrent, others don't. Manipulating water can often have a profound effect on the taste bro.

Right now im on the CL stack and loving it, but I'm thinking of trying the Storm + Shock Therapy stack. Animal Pump was just awesome, so I have high hopes for them.

Help me out here, you take the Shock Therapy as a Pre-Workout supplement. When do you take Storm?? During your workout? After your workout? Or both at same time?

If I am trying to avoid carbs, can I take double the amount of Storm and skip the Shock therapy? Suggestions?

for the guy who had the headaches, i thought id be the only one, for some reason the first week on the cycle of these 2 products i got terrible headaches so bad i had to leave the gym. now its all good, ive been doing all universal products latley and im very happy with them,

in regards to when to take storm.. i personally take storm pre and one scoop post. i take the shock therapy pre. but im second guessing the stack because of the afore mentioned headaches i have been getting.. i hope the little bit of insight helps..

OMG i had to leave in the middle of my workout this afternoon because of the headache.. i will stick with it for a little while longer if it happened to you as well but then went away.. but wow they are intense.. thank you drake for the comment

i took storm when it came out. i liked it alot i put on about 20 lbs. all of my lifts went up also. i took one scoop before workout and one after.i keep alot of my results after i got off of it.

Did you happen to bloat when you were taking it at the time?

storm fruit punch is the best tasting supplemnt i have ever had, the thing puts coolaid to shame!

Hard to go wrong with Storm. Solid product at a very solid price.

I just got my shock and storm today in the mail. I look forward to using them on monday since I already lifted earlier today. I'll let you guys know if I'm attacked by the headaches or not. Oh and I have the grape flavor.

yeah i did bloat some, but not as much as other creatines.
