increase weight on abs?
when doing weighted ab excercises (ie decline bench crunches, side bends on lower back thing) is it necessary to increase weight, or stay with one? iv been told different things but i wasnt sure if its needed to increase weight since im technically not trying to get bigger abs but tighten and tone them.
thanks!

If its getting really easy for you then you can increase the weight. Or just do more reps.

If you think they're big enough just go for higher reps for endurance.
