Fat Burner?
Whats a good fat burner that actually works? I'm 6'8", 230lbs, 12% body fat. I'm wanting to get down in the single digits. I work out 3 times a week, Monday=chest and triceps, Wednesday=back and biceps, Friday=shoulders and abs. Cardio and legs on tuesday and thursday at home. I'm on O.N. 100% whey protien and Six Star Creatine. I'm not getting too crazy with the supps. Just wanting to lean up, gain definition, and get some of the pudge off.
