I have been killer busy all week but I started taking the Psarm on wednesday, 2 pills pre workout and 2 pills in the afternoon with food. The workouts have been good and I will jump into a full log starting tommorow.
I am real excited to see how psarm effects me.

Todays workout was later in the day than usual, I had a training seminar from 11:00 to 3:30 then I had church, got into the gym at about 6:30
Popped 3 pills upon waking with breakfast and 3 pills pre workout.
Workout was great,
Shoulder press- 10,10,10,10,8
upright rows- 10,10,10
side laterals-10,10,10
machine press-10,10,10
db squats- 10,10,10,10
lunges-10,10,10
some clave work was done after

Today I slept in and it felt great, woke up much later than usual and just relaxed. Had some oats and egg whites for breakfast and then hit the gym. 3 pills pre workout
Energy was great today in the gym,
After a warmup I started with barbell french press, 10,10,10,10 weight was the same on each set
seated DB overhead press was next, 10,10,8,8 again I kept the same weight for each set but my tris were tired after the first two sets
now with a great pump going I moved onto the seated dip machine, 10,10,10
increasing weights, ended up using more weight than usual
finished tris off with reverse grip pressdowns- 10,10,10
last set was a superset with tricep pressdowns
thats it for tris moved on to bis
seated db curl- 10,10,10,10,
dropped the weight for the last set to really contract the muscle and feel the burn
barbell preacher curls- 10,10,10,10
great pump going, last set was a superset with spider curls, sets 3and4 were with a very wide grip
lying cable curls- 8,8,8 felt exhausted here, elbows were getting sore
reverse grip cable curls- 10,10,10 last set was a superset with cable curls
seated forearm curls finished the day, 10,10,12,12
Ill take my second serving with my next meal, great workout today

Off day today, annoying seminar for the majority of the day, only food was a salad bar with rolls and baked potatoes.
Got to relax though which I needed. Ready to hit th gym hard tommorow.

Tons of snow today and freezing weather. My first class of the day got cancelled so that put me in a good mood.
Luckily I live right across the street from the rec center, (my window has a view of the weight room)
after a warmup I started with widegrip lat pulldowns
10,10,10,10
then moved onto hammer pulldowns- 10,10,8,8 I took a real wide grip here, felt good and got a lot of blood flowing
barbell rows- 10,10,10 had lower weight here than usual
close grip lat pulldowns- 10,10,10,10 good stretch here and more weight than usual
straight arm press downs- 12,12,12 finished lats off strong and had a good pump going
rear delt machine- 10,10,10
I was actually sleepy for some reason today, it was weird, I still got the workout in but was much more tired than usual

Hit Hams yesterday,
leg sled- 12,10,10,8,8,10
lying leg curls- 10,10,10,10
stiff leg dead lifts- 10,10,10
glute ham raises- 10,10,10
standing calve raises-10,10,10,10
seated- drop set 25 reps drop weight etc. until 100 reps
good workout, busy day yesterday and today, should settle down some tomorow.

Today and yesterday sucked, I am sick, stomach hurts, not keeping down food well and not training, Ill see how I feel tommorow if I can get back in the gym, right now I am just resting staying hydrated and hoping ot get back in the gym

Made it in to the gym today, I cant say that I am feeling 100% as my stomach is still uneasy but I got a workout in. I reduced teh volume on everything as to not stress myslef to much, I also changed my dosing I did
2 pills with breakfast, 2 pills with postworkout shake and 2 pills with a meal later in the day, I just cant handle the pre workout dose on an empty stomach and I did not feel that it was doing much for energy.
Incline DB bench- 10,10,10
flat db bench- 10,10,10
machine press-10,10,10
The first three movements were done heavy with around 2 minutes between sets, I felt tired
db flyes- 10,10,10,10
cable flyes-12,12
did not get much of a pump out of the iso. exercises, I think its just because I was feeling crummy
incline barbell raise-10,10,10 supersetted with arnold press
seated db front raises-10,10,10
Shorter low volume workout, hoping the stomach feels better tommorow

Stomach was feeling much better yesterday, I changed the dosing to 2 pills with breakfast, 2 pills with postworkout shake and 2 pills later in the day with another meal. This dosing did not tear up my stomach as much.
Barbell curl- 10,10,10
incline CGB- 10,8,8
incline hammer curls-10,10,10
cable pressdowns- 12,12,12
preacher machine- 10,10 2 sets one armed, 10,10
seated overhead ez bar ext- 12,12,12
supersetted with close grip cable curls- 12,12,12
I still was not 100% as I took more of a break between sets and the pump was not there which is weird since its arm day. Diet has not changed much, swapped out oats for high protein cereal thats about it.

yesterday I hit legs, I did the 2-2-2 dosing again and avoided all stomach pain, I plan on sticking to this schedule.
Front Squats- 8,8,6,6
Leg sled-10,8,8,8
I went lower reps and higher weight for the first two exercises, self spotted myself for the last couple reps on the leg sled
leg ext.- 12,12,12,12
seated calf raise-12,12,12
90 degree calf raise machine- 12,12,12
good workout today, I am glad that my stomach has relaxed, I can get down more food.

Yesterday was back day, with empashis on rowing movements,
Warmed up with a few sets of pullups
T Bar rows- 10,8,8,8 upped the weight on this and got a great stretch
on arm barbell rows- 6,6,10 kept the weight heavy for the first couple sets then eased up to finish them off
hammer low rows- 10,10,10 last set was done one armed
seated cable rows- 10,10,10,10 used a wide grip here
face pulls- 15,12,12
bent over rear delt flyes- 10,10,10
DB shrugs- 10,12,12
Lower rest periods today as I am feeling much better, strength is up and I am feeling great.

Hit chest yesterday and I am sore as hell today
Incline Barbell bench- 10,8,8,8 went heavier here than I have in a long time
low incline DB bench- 8,8,8 again went heavier here
dips- 8,10,10
hammer grip db bench-10,10,10
pec deck-10,10,10
some ab work was done after chest
strength was up on the workout even though I did not get a great pump going, chest is really sore today.

db curls- 10,10,10,
preacher curls- 10,10,10
flipped around for a set of spider curls at the end here
db hammer curls- 10,10,
reverse grip cable curls- 10,10,10
seated forarm curls- 12,12,12,12
Did some abs after as well, arms got a good pump today and energy was great, weight is up to 223 and BF looks about the same

light weight, going easy on the lower back

on the last two sets I did two forced reps at the end with the help of a spotter

Strength is up on almost all lifts, libido and pumps are normal
Just got back from the Arnold and it was a blast, I am on active rest right now so dosing will be down to 4 pills a day during this week.
