eat 20,000 cals per day from McDonalds, run all you want and you wont loose weight.

Cardio is a part, but there are tons of other factors.

Best Fat Burners

I've been trying to lean down and get rid of a lot of fat in certain areas. In order to do that I have been taking thermogenics and anything I can.

In my opinion the ones that work best are:

1)Nutrex Lipo 6

I like this one because it has a liquid capsule which helps your body absorb the product faster. It's pretty affordable compared to things like TrimSpa and Hydroxycut. I have also found myself to have a lot more energy on it. I workout 5-6 days a week and I definetly could use the energy burst that Lipo 6 provides me. I've only been taking it for a couple of weeks but I can tell that it is working on me.

2) S.A.N. tight.

The one thing I definetly loved about Tight was that you only had to take ONE a day. That's it. Once everyday. A normal bottle costs around $30 and it is a 2 month supply. It's very easy to remember to take, because it's once a day. It also was pretty effective. I notcied results upon taking it. I had more energy and I lost some weight. I will say it wasn't TV drastic results, but I definetly saw some differences. It's easy to take and remember to take. It also is ephedra free and gives you a nice bit of energy through caffeine.

3) Chromium

Chromium is naturally found in your metabolism and what better to help kick up your metabolism than by boosting up what is already there naturally. There's no harsh side effects, and it can also work to help your blood sugar level.

4) B-Lean (bally total fitness)

B-Lean is a combo thermogenic and fat blocker. B-lean has chitosan which can absorb dietary fat and help your body rid itself of the unnecesary fat. However it also has things like green tea leaf extract which is supposed to be great for fat loss. Another interesting ingredient is cayenne and long pepper. Peppers are supposed to naturally help your metabolism. Hey the more natural and less chemical the better. There are amino acids and guggulsterones which are common in any thermogenic. All these ingredients make for one great supplement. A one month supply is only $20 so it's affordable too.

Replying back on no-fatburners

Hi!

Not to be rude or anything, but if you find a product that works, everyone here on bodybuiling.com wants to know. I diet, weight train & cardio, but sometimes you need that extra boost of fatburners, most do work. I do miss the ephedra ingredient in those products from the past (bad for you, I know), but they were the best combined with other nutritional supplements that I used in competition in past fitness shows.

Not everyone like you burns fat efficiently as you do! Some people are lucky with good genes that metabolize fat more efficient than others! Am I right everyone?

the best fat burner.

I still say that ECA is the best and if you search you can still find it on the internet. But heavy compound weight training, strict diet, proper hydration, cardio, and rest will take you very far.
green tea 6-8 glasses a day is a natural fat metabolizer.
