Seven Month Transformation seeking advice
This is my transformation over the last seven months.
Any suggestions to if I should keep slowly cutting? or should I start focusing more on bulking up?
Thanks in advance for any tips.

Its up to you. If I were you I would try to bulk and get a bit bigger. Then cut again.

Thanks guys!
Yeah, I'll admit the lats are lacking. I need to start pushing them harder.

I would cut just a bit more. The mass will go on great, and you won't have to worry about putting on too much fat.
great transformation dude

Thanks, I've been on a pretty strict high protein (50p/30c/20f) diet. Very clean. So I've been able to build at the same time.
Anyone have a guess on my bf%

Wow, those chest veins will look sick when you get cut. Bodyfat is probably close to 15%. Not too bad. A bulk would work just fine

X2 make sure its a clean bulk though man, no need to undo all the great work you've already done. Just watch your body and you'll know whats working and whats not.

I'm definitely keeping my diet clean no matter what I do. I'm feeling great now. I wish I didn't destroy myself so long ago with bad eating habits or I wouldn't be fighting this loose skin and marks...I mean battle scars. And no, I don't have any photos from back when I was 50lbs heavier than the first photo. Just the one in my photos from my old license.
Thanks for the responses!

Amazing progress, you seem have to minimum loose skin and your abs are slightly showing, I would say your about 14percent. Just in time for the spring/summer, your sacrifices will payoff once you rock the tanktop lol. Good ****...

Yeah, unfortunately I was 50lbs bigger than the before pic five years ago so I've had to deal with some annoying loose skin and stretch marks from that...grrr. But like my doctor said, it's better that than being unhealthy. I'm hoping it'll tighten up more when I put some more muscle on and then cut down farther. But the loose skin does make it tricky to read BF%.
Thanks for the input!

Yea, I'm on the same hellride as you. I used to be heavily obese weighting in at 266lbs, I lost 89lbs in six months that was back in November 2006, I went down to 177 and had disgusting loose skin lol. From Nov. 2006 I began on concentrating on free weights and continued to diet and I did calisthenics, I pretty much burned off the loose skin through lowering bodyfat in such methods. I spent 1 year and a half without any cheat meals and doing calisthenics. Back in august 2007 for some stupid reason I kept dieting, and slipping and working out only by weight training and cardio. I didn't lost or gain anything, the loose skin remained. Probably cause of the season greetings, my mind said the hell with it, I'm gonna indulge I deserve it, until 2008. On jan 15th 2008 I embark on the regiment I've designed to make the loose skin vanish forever. Emphasizing on cardio/full body weight training and a diet that consist of high protein/low fat and moderate carbs. I want sixpacks badly and the loose skin to vanish forever lol. I've seen good progress so far, every six weeks I increase intensity. Starting this week, starting today, I've embark on a six week hellphase, no cheat meals at all. The regiment I've designed will last 21 weeks. I do 25mintues HIIT on an empty stomach five days a week, I work upper abs on Monday, lower abs on Wednsdays and obliques on Friday. Sets to failure, ab days are pretty much "**** up your abs day". On ab days I do 60minutes of aerobics in the evening. I've set a deadline for me to lose this loose skin, the deadline is april 1st. This will force me to work harder at all aspect. I want to meet my deadline, in terms of weight training I concentrate on static holds for muscle fiber stimulation and both compound and isolations. Loyal to the end, I will succeed my mission and attain my objective. I feel that my metabolism has gotten faster, I'm suppose to eat every three hours, nowadays I get hungry every two hours or so lol. It's all good, my goal is to get really masculine and ripped... It is hard at times, but it's a chosen way of life......

Damn, that's an intense workout schedule. You'll have to let me know how that is. I'm on a 50p/30c/10f diet. And am doing a 4 day split for 5-6days a week right now.
Best of luck with that routine, and hope it destroys that skin. I know how annoying it is.

This photo shows the shoulder development as of late. Started adding cardio back into the workout. 20 minutes walking on treadmill at the highest incline right after completing the lifting portion of the workout.

I would guess 12-15 percent body fat. And if your happy with your size keep cutting (doesnt mean you cant gain lean mass at same time). Or if you want to be bigger...get on a high calorie diet and lift like a mofo...then cut. Good transform in 7 months though.

Impressive transformation. You should be very happy and very proud. I'd say you are right around 14-15% right now, but it's hard to tell because unfortunately you still lack muscle tone. But that's OK, because if you are careful with your nutrition, you can go on a nice, long, lean bulk and gain some muscles.
You're probably "skinny-fat", judging by your starting pictures so take it slow and go easy on the carbs. When you consume carbs, make sure you keep them complex and schedule the carb meals around training or first thing in the morning. Do some reading in the Nutrition section and post specific questions there.
You are on the right track. Next step is to gain the muscle you need to make reaching a low level of bodyfat work for you in terms of that "look" I know (and we all know) you're after!
