so ive heard that as a female working your chest muscles decreases the size of your boobs and ive heard that it increases the size of them also. which one is it?
Yep, exercise and diet may reduce the amount of fat in the breast tissue, and lifting weights will increase the size of the pecs which support them. So both are true, sort of.
Well my boobs are fading fast with just diet and cardio...so weights can't hurt! You will loose boobage just by dieting and losing fat...if you don't pump it up with weight training...they'll just hang there like dried prunes! Joyce

this question's been asked about a million times.... a search will get you a lot of info.
but since I’m in the mood…. what will impact breast size is fat level.... as women burn fat their breast size will decrease since breasts are mainly fatty tissues (i think that's the right turm). otherwise if a woman builds her chest mussels (underneath her breasts) that in itself will not impact the breast directly but as the muscles gain mass (get bigger) they will push against the breast changing the way they will sit on the chest (the way they look). I would not say this will necessarily make them look bigger but I guess it could happen.
