Nutrient Timing System (Ivy) - Recipies
Has anyone had success finding a relatively easy way to mix an energy phase drink and anabolic phase drink (both based on the book Nutrient Timing System by John Ivy)? So far I haven't found a very user-friendly way to get the right proportions of carbs, whey, vit's C&E, Sodium, Phosphorous, Magnesium and Leucine. The closest off the shelf product that I've seen is BSN's True Mass. Anyone?

AEN's IntrAbolic. Add your own carbs if desired.

in10city, thanks. IntrAbolic was the ticket. Going to add 6oz of apple juice and 6 oz of water, and that should do it.

Sounds good, though you may want also experiment adding 10-14oz of water along with the 6oz apple juice, as MOST IntrAbolic users find this the sweat spot in flavor. I will be interested in hearing how it tastes with apple juice.

I haven't tasted with just water yet, so it's hard to compare, but I would say that it's mostly a green apple flavor with a little bit of something else going on. Getting used to it, and not an impediment at all in terms of sipping it throughout the workout. Will follow up again once I can gague results.
