What to do? i have no idea.
Alright guys, iv been searching around for a routine that will help me gain muscle mass and strength. Found certain routines, but still want some advise. I just want a routine that is split up nice, will help put on serious mass as long as i train hard and eat right, and that works the whole body. Please help, thanks guys!

no one can tell you which routine will be the best for you, only that there are several proven methods of training in the stickies.

This is a good question. I too have been looking for a good routine, but all of those threads locked at the top of this forum have distracted my searches.

Iv searched everywhere, even google. I guess i could pick one if i knew all the steps. Maybe you guys can help me with this.
If i want to workout either Mon-wed-fri OR mon-tues then wed-rest and then thurs-fri, which is a better set-up for gaining muscle? I weigh 160, am 5'9, 18 yrs old, and i have come to a platue. And am looking for a new routine to gain muscle. Really want to emphasize my upper body, i am cut now, want to add some mass to it though, then cut again later on. Hopefully you guys can help, thanks.

Routine is the smallest part of the battle for gains. It's all about your diet. Eat big to get big!
