Animal M-Stak

I bought this little while back. Now, I'm almost out. I'm not sure if I should buy it again or something different. I first bought this because of a deal I read in a magazine about "Supplement guide for Hardgainers." One of the supps it said to use was "Beta-Ecdysterone". I really liked the Animal Pakk muti's, so I went this route. What do you guys/gals think, should I re-purchase this, or is there something different I should go with?

they say to take a week off before you go on it again. its a great supp. i would stay with it

Personally I like to run two cans back to back with the week break in between but thats entirely up to you.

Definitely stick with it. Take the one week off and then start up again. Great product

How did it work out for ya? What was your goal and how did M-Stak help, it at all?

Well, see that's just it. I can't say rather it worked great or not. I have lifted over the years, but could never really stay completely motivated or committed tell recently. I'm diafently not perfect at this but trying hard. This site has been the best motivation I have ever had. I've been eating more than ever and training the best I can, for almost a month now. I've started to see some improvement. I've not had everything checked, but I'm 6'0, about 187lbs. I don't know exactly how much, but I do have some body fat. I'm eating clean, but as much as I can. I'd like to really increase size, and trim it up. Any help is great, just learning. Sorry for the long post.

First, I'm on my 4th cycle of M-stak...I love it...it has become a staple in my supplement cabinet. (the new look is sweeeeeeet).

Ok, question time...

Would it be fair to assume that pairing the M-stak with the Natural Sterol Complex would provide an overload of plant sterol and sterones?
Overload in this context would be a good thing....resulting in a potent anabolic formula?

in my opinion its one of the best products out there that i have used, Id cycle it with two cans back to back with a week off in the middle remeber to get in alot of protien thats what makes or breaks the gains on this product is diet eat eat eat with lots of protien added try to stay as clean as possible but a cheat meal here or there wont hurt

I've never used the Sterol complex but it has a good following. I don't think it's overload but I think M-stak works fine on it's own. It's one of my favorites in the Animal line.

Of the top of my head, I don't think there's much of an overlap, if any at all.

More like take a cycle (21 days or 1 can), then 1 week off. Repeat as needed.

Actually BB.com, I've never look at Animalpak.com/the F O R V M. I might have to check that out. I've looked a the Animalpak website, looking to get a couple of there shirts too! So, stak two, then a week off?

I'm getting confused. By "stak two", do you mean Animal Stak or stacking two cans of M-Stak in a row?

Go with the basic recommendation: First can of M-stak, 1 week off, second can of M-Stak, another week off.
