Anabolic halo help

Okay, i bought this. well i was pretty much guilted in to buying from the pretty chick behind the counter(not really but sounds better than buying it because it had a nice bottle)

I normally take a scoop of whey and 50 grams WMS post workout.

How would i adjust my pwo nutrtiion to incorporate this.

im thinkn of just take 25 grams wms instead of fifty. would that be fine?

Anabolic Halo has Creatine in it, and creatine should be taken with carbs - especially dextrose (which is why it has dextrose in it). I'd say keep taking your WMS post workout unless you need to cut some calories.

from what i gather from the label. it has 19 carbs into it so i figure id just reduce the amount of WMS im taking and that should be fine.

while im here, it says to take 3 scoops on your offday? from what ive gathered this is just a pwo product

is the only point of this to make you run out quicker?

its not too bad if u do 1 serving a day. i dont see why u need it on offdays tho.

alright im going to the gym as of now the only way im altering my pwo is cuttin my carbs.

IF ne one can chime in differently or tell me why it would at all be usefull on off days id me very happy.

The only reason I'd see them telling you to take it on your offdays is to keep your creatine at maintenance level and give you all those aminos in them (which you get from your protein shakes, and you can pick up some creatine caplets for cheap).. how's AH taste? I've been curious how it stacks up since it came out.. I'd rep you for a review.

Heh. I know people here... love MuscleTech.. and I do take everything they make with a grain of salt, but I've seen some decent products come out of them (if you can get it at the right price.

).. Leukic's been pretty good, as well as Hydroxycut HC. Hydrazide makes me all veiny (as promised. ;P)... I'm about to do a non-MT stack (aside from naNO Vapor.. been wanting to try that) so I'll be comparing Hydroxycut HC to MAN Scorch soon as well as LEUKIC to Purple Wraath (fairly similar products.. albeit Wraath having way more variety of BCAAs..

). I was just curious about Anabolic Halo since I haven't heard much about it and the ingredients stack up decently. Though it is on the pricey side. Not meaning to thread jack or anything...

taste like koolaid fruit punch style but w/ a tiny lil kick to hit which kinda knocks it down.

it wouldnt be bad but it has a lil froth at the top like gakic used to. not near as bad dont worry lol. but it just reminds me of that and makes it worse then it is.

meh i see people complain about the muscle tech ads but most companys make outragous claims.

What it comes down to it for me is does it work?

And muscle tech hasnt let me down there. ill shell out an extra 10-15 bucks if it works. aplodan and gakic were both good products. really gakic.

o.O You LOOKED FORWARD to NO-Shotgun? You might have been the only one, bro. LOL.. AH must not suck in flavor coming from a guy who liked NO-Shotty. :P Well that's good to know. After I get done with my CL/MAN stack I'll give Halo a try. Rep's still out there if you wanna review it in detail.

All of you are talking about taste and not going to take it because it doesn't taste. If you are truly worried about getting your muscle gains then you won't worry about your appetite. If you are truly worried about taste, then mix you supplement with the same flavored gatorade to add flavor. Not to mention the electrolytes in the Gatorade will make the reaction time a hell of a lot quicker. As far as Muscletech goes, yeah they are a little high on prices. This generally comes from a high demand for their products. Muscletech and BSN have been around longer than most companies. Their products do what the claim. Nine out of ten times the people who give these products a bad rep by saying they didn't work or I got no results probably didn't eat right, have a routine, or even follow directions. If you follow a diet, have a steady workout routine, and take the supplement correctly and still get no results, then all I can say is your body is rejecting the chemicals in the product.
