From injury to permission to working out again

I agree that stretching can be a workout, especially when that is the only exercising you are able to do because of a non-workout related back injury! I have done a little research to find stretches that can still work on different muscles ....I'm always open for any suggestions as well!!!
I was actually given the okay to begin mini workout sessions and gradually work up to where I used to be starting this coming week! I am so excited! It feels like I almost forgot what a gym looked and felt like! I know I have to start really slow and am still going to incorporate stretching to help keep my back loose! Wish me luck!!!
