Question so confused.....

Hey,
I am so confused on what to take? I have alot of Male friend body builder's, that have been tryin to give me advise on what to take to trim down and loose body fat as fast as I can. I am 5'8 160 pounds. 5 monthes ago I was 138 pounds, I have had gained alot of weight over winter, lol
I have never been to good at stayin loyal to gym, so I know i need to firm up.. I really want to loose inches to fit back in those jeans. I would like some advise from some experinced woman on what I can do to look great for summer..... I have been advised on taking anavar, clenbuteral, winsrtol( very low dosage) or HGH......So my question is what should I take ? I keep hearing you need to put a couple together? Is HGH worth the money? Or would the other cheaper drugs do the same or almost the same results?
Please help, thanks jenna

Call me old fashioned, but exercise and diet?

If you really want to get back down to 138 or whatever you were, a few months of hitting the gym and diet would be worth it? No? *shrugs*

I second diet and exercise! I wouldn't go into taking dangerous drugs!

Third vote for diet and exercise. You can take it off about as fast as you put it on, but takes discipline to take it off and keep it off.

Another vote for diet and exercise, but I admit, I stick to it better if I have an over the counter fat burner to help me along. Lipo6 has worked well for me.

well ****

You could just exercise and diet but thats hard enough, Ive heard excellent things about hydroxy cut, Has most if not all of the natural accuring plans that speed up metabolism. Exercise and diet is the most important thing. Good Luck and Stay Focused!

If all anyone had to do was pop a pill to get thin most of us here wouldn't be busting our asses to stay fit. You put on 20+ pounds due to being inactive and eating more calories than you were burning (I'm guilty of that too). And as it's been said, the best way to drop those unwanted pounds is to Get Active and Eat Better!

If you don't like going to the gym, exercise at home 'or' get out of the house for a brisk walk everyday.

What's your diet like? Are you working out at all presently? I wouldn't mess with all of those "drugs" if I didn't have to--and most people don't have to if they follow a sensible diet and exercise program, it just might take a little longer and therefore requires more discipline. And I've read HgH can actually be detrimental over the long-term so you might consider pursuing another avenue of supplementation if you end up following that route in addition to the aforementioned necessary diet and activity changes. Best wishes!!

Diet and exercise is what will get you anywhere. You can't just take supplements and expect results. I would get a solid and clean diet in, a workout routine that you do regularly for about a month, get some weight off first, then look into supps. After all, supplements are just that...something to supplement what you are already doing. I started out with doing the elliptical trainer on cross country mode and doing push ups and basic body-resistance exercises, then got into lifting 3x/week, which is where I am at now. I now take some supps and I am starting to see some fat loss. Remember: there is no quick fix to losing weight/fat permanently, so just be motivated and dedicated everyday and you will see results before you know it.
Good luck! I am in the same boat as you, and almost the same body type, so I know how you feel. Just keep on this site and you will have all the support/info you will need.
