Yes there will be the 2 piece, i still havent' attacked it yet.. Soon soon.. Omg. i saw my coach and gave me my diet to start on Monday.. its freakin' crazy..i hope i don't cry.. lol

HBK's Week 7, Day 2
Evening sports fans. Well Just wrapped up another awesome workout. I was feeling real good heading into my WO. A little tired...but overall good. I was really psyched because earlier this evenign as I was changed I noticed some subtle changes...my Chest is huge..and my arms appear to be getting bigger..plus my vascularity..has tremendously improved. All good Signs.
HemodrauliX:
I took another dose fo HemodrauliX 30 minutes before my workout. I feel real good. As I was doing my decline bench I noticed that my chest was really pumped and my arms and shoulders looked good as well. Since being on HemodrauliX I tend to recover quickly from muscle fatigue. I think that played a huge factor tonight..as I was able to up upt 210x5 reps straight. A major milestone.
Here's Tonights Scoop:
Squat:

Decline Bench:

-New PB and bump to 215 next week

hello all
NMS the suit looks cool...
just dropping in I was out yesterday sick =(...
I am doing chest and legs tonight though...
Started back on the creatine and pro shake...
doing soy I might change to egg powder or low lactose whey....
I have heard not to great things about soy...
I have dropped back to 200 lbs and 22% BF and I have minimized my cardio trying to see if I can bulk up... =)
How is everyone?

Hey everyone, I havnt writen in a while. Im not quite sure if Im having the progress I expected, although, i c`ould be strickter on my diet. I have ben eating every 3 hours, lots of turkey burgers, blk beans vegs, chicken breast, protien bars, But i have not stucken to it the way i was hoping. I am still down 4-5 pounds, and my arms have for sure toned up. My clothes still fit the same, and thats what sucks. Im not sure ill ever get it down, but i am not giving up. I am going to buy some post workout shakes today, and get some more protien bars,a s i am out of them. Im hoping getting my protien right after i work out will help, i try getting it after workouts as much as i can, but sometimes i dont. well Im still hoping to get into a swimsuit this summer,, Im now getting ready to go to the gym to do legs, and cardio.. my 2 least favorite things...

You have made some progress since you started... 10 lbs down =) thats great....
Keep working on it hun.. you will get there..
Since I have started I dropped 42 lbs, but I have been trying different types of workout and I am still not were I want to be... Seems i am a HARD MUSCLE gainer...
I get frustrated at times.. but It is a life style change and when you find what works for you and is fun.. there will be no stopping you HOT MAMA!!!
Keep working on improving your nutrition and your workout and things WILL CHANGE... enjoy the journey as much as the destination.
Well thats my 2 cents and I hope you have a great work out girl.

Good morning.. I'm finally back to the office.. Had great time in Halifax, other than working of course the evenings were good, met a few ppl, and its a great town to go out drinking hehe.. So lets just say i did not stick to my diet. But today, i have started my comp diet.. I might be alittle cranky the first week, i only get a cheat meal and it has to be a steak and whatever else i want for that meal.
How was everyone else's weekend

Sorry I havent left message or anything..
I have a question for all of you... I have cut back my running from 27 miles a week to 6 miles a week...
and focused more on weights... I have noticed my weight increasing and my BF% along with it.. I am not to concerned cause everything is still fitting ok so far..
Should there be a point in which i start to crank the cardio back up?
my diet is ok... I have never been able to really nail that...
I have increased my protein I am at about .8 - 1 gram a day... per lb..
Its only been about 2 weeks since I dropped my cardio...
How is everyone?

I'm doing alright monte. I lost about 1.5 lbs last week so the weight is still coming off but its slowing down.
You can either keep doing cardio and eat more or do less cardio and eat a little less. either way it will work.

Try to limit the protein bars and shakes, real food is better if you have the time. I eat protein bars and shakes too but its better to eat real food IMO. I am trying to get the diet part down as well though. Its tough but you have to stick with it.

You should always work on your diet. It is something that after you feel you have it mastered, you will spend the rest of your life tinkering with it to get it 'just right'.
Earlier you stated that your goal was to bulk up. The cleaner your diet, the less bodyfat you are going to gain, but unless you are some sort of genetic wunderkind, you are always going to gain a little bit of fat with your increases in LBM. Beginners can avoid this, but then they can get away with a lot that experienced trainers cannot.
What you really need to do is decide at what point you have gained, or will have gained, too much bodyfat. At that point you need to adjust your diet and/or add cardio.
