oooooh mine too!!!
I'll have oats w/ skim milk, 1 scoop of choc whey and a dash of cinnamon.. but sometimes I'll be a bit cheekier and like to mix it up a little - some cheerios, some wheat free muesli w/ dried fruit, corn puffs, skim milk and honey. I'm weird but it sets me up and tastes amazing. Probably not doing myself any favours though!!!!
protein pancakes are also yummy!

Oatmeal is my staple. If I have to eat it at work, then I add protein powder and cinnamon. When at home, I skip the powder and have a side of egg whites with Tabasco.

some breakfast ideas:
* any whole grain cereal w/ skim milk (can add in cinnamon or sweetner to ur taste)
* cottage cheese w/ fruit (or yogurt w/ fruit) w/ whole wheat/whole grain toast
-sometimes i even mix the cottage cheese & yogurt together... can drop in some fruit, nuts or granola too.
* oatmeal w/ cinnamon & sugar free syrup. (could add your own 'mix-ins' like fruit (berries, banana, apples), cottage cheese, nuts, protein etc.
-ive also made the protein pancakes! > yummy! could add fruit to those as well.
* egg whites scrambled or in an omelette (veggie omlette)
-today i made 5 egg whites, added cinnamon, a little butter flavor extract, & sugar free maple syrup, whisked together & scrambled it up > tastes great! -add a piece of wheat toast or some oats, a piece of fruit & your set
* cottage cheese w/ sugar free jam/jelly
* wheat toast w/ peanut butter or SF Jelly (or both!)
* cottage cheese w/ peanut butter
* cottage cheese w/ protein powder
* sometimes, depending upon which whole grain cereal im having, i warm up a cup of skim milk first & then add my cereal to it! it tastes a bit creamier & gives the cereal a different texture. works good w/ shredded wheat, fiber one, kashi go lean crunch, puffs, etc.
* cut up an apple, couple sprays of butter (cinnamon, splenda, SF syrup if youd like...) put in toaster oven or regular oven for 10minutes or so.. or until how u like...(can even top w/ different things after you cook them) ...cut up & put in oats, cottage cheese, yogurt, cereal, or eat plain! a nice warm treat!
theres SO many things you can do & SO many things you can add to make even the regular stuff more tasty or more interesting; get creative
if i think of any more i'll post!

I just seperate mine from the yolk. It gets easier with practice.
My morning meals are some of my favorite as well. My current breakfast consists of 6 egg whites, oats and about 1/4 scoop of protein powder depending on what flavor Im into, currently it is pumpkin pie, but I was big into chocolate there for a while.
My other favorite, is BOILED egg whites cut up into small pieces, oats, cinnamon, and sliced strawberries.....soooo good! I usually eat this one at work, and people look at me like Im crazy!
On occasion if Im in a hurry Ill just have oats with a full scoop of protein powder as well.

I dump one cup of egg whites in an 8 inch pan, sprinkle 1/2 cup oats and 1/2 cup mixed veggies throughout. Sometimes I season it, sometimes I don't. Cook over medium for maybe 5 minutes (enough time to get dressed), flip and take off the heat and let it set to finish cooking.

I have 1 cup of Nonfat Trader Joe's Greek Yogurt with 1-2 scoops of soy protein, a packet of stevia, and a splash of vanilla extract. It tastes like cookie dough and will leave you filled for a good 3-4 hours.

Muscle Milk n Oats - blueberry or apple.
I've gone through at least 4 cases of those in the last few months.
Just awesome tasting and takes a minute to prepare - which is now a need for the morning (now that I have a dog that likes to take his time).
I got them for 2 bucks per on ***. BB.com's prices suck for them.

my new favorite bfast (or part of it, anyway ) is 1 egg, 2 whites omelet made sweet w/sweetener, vanilla cinnamon...then when cooked and still hot, add some cream cheese, and/or pb. And/or strawberries/other fruit. (i recommend heating them up first, otherwise the coldness....well, cools down your eggs, haha.)
It is amazing and I love it and you should all try it.

Oatmeal and eggwhites EVERY morning! Haven't gotten tired of it yet!!
I also eat protein pancakes sometimes but at a later meal time...
1 scoop BSN banana nut bread protein powder
1/2 carton eggwhites
1 package instant reg flavor oatmeal (I know, I know...but it's easy!)
1/2 ripe banana
I throw all that in my Magic Bullet, give it a whir, and pour the batter in a nonstick pan.
I have a friend married to a chef and even she couldn't believe how tasty they were!

alright, i just made my first protein pancake, i searched the recipe thread and found one that i had ingredients for that was easy to start..
PROTEIN PANCAKES
1/2 CUP Pancake mix
1 scoop any flavor whey protein
about 1/2 cup of milk you can add more or less as you need it
2 egg whites
i couldnt even finish half of this! it was the biggest pancake ever! i feel so full after maybe 1/4 of it. that said, i used organic pancake mix (i didnt know they made organic pancake mix, its my roommates) and since i ate less than half it is really low calories and fat, also lower protein i guess.. but whatever, it was a good one to start with..

I had for a snack last night:
Cottage Cheese LF
1/4 apple diced
6 raisins
cinnamon
1 tsp peanut butter
It was interesting... maybe PB was a little over the top. It was natural, so the apple gave it the sweetness....

Protein Pancakes
My favorite recipe goes something like this, give or take:
3 egg whites
1 scoop protein powder
1/4-1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4-1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
Blend together (or not!) and pour onto griddle.
I've also added ground flax seed to this and you can add tofu as well!

I love breakfast, too! Some of my favorites:
oatmeal with cinnamon and fresh berries and an egg white omlette
Steel cut oats with the same and an egg white frittata:
8 egg whites (more or less)
cut up veggies
cast iron skillet
veggie cheese
- spray skillet with cooking spray and saute veggies till soft.
- Mix egg whites together and pour over veggies
- lift up edges and let runny eggs under just a bit
- let it sit there for a few minutes until almost set
- sprinkle with a bit of cheese and or salt/pepper/oregano/basil, etc. and then put it in the over under the BROILER for a few minutes until set and cheese begins to bubble. Then cut it up like a pizza and eat with your oats!! YUMMY!
Oatmeal with 1/2 scoop BSN Lean Dessert Protein Fresh Cinnamon Roll with 1 tsp. flax seed
Breakfast burrito:
Scrambled egg whites
lean ground turkey breast (or smart ground if you're veggie)
black beans
cottage cheese
salsa, cheddar cheese (or cheddar veggie cheese) and/or cilantro
Flat Out Light Bread
Scramble the egg whites and turkey breast and wrap up with cottage cheese and beans (I use 1/4 cup each) then sprinkle with salsa, cheese cilantro and wrap it up!
Smoothies: Varieties are endless but my favorite it so blend protein powder with soy milk (or water, yogurt, kefir, etc.) flax seed or 1/4 c. Fiber 1 cereal, frozen berries and maybe a scoop of Vitamin Shoppe Greens. Yummy!!
The other day I made a smoothie with BSN Lean Dessert Protein CHocolate Fudge, ground coffee, soy milk and sugar free caramel syrup. You could also add a bit of natural peanut butter. Wow, I'm getting hungry...
