bb.com has it in stock. I'm confused. What they had was the bad batch, and BCS has not produced any more since that bad batch (correct me if I'm wrong). So, why is it still being sold?

Almost every one of the hundreds of manufacturers I dealt with insisted that you take it back to the retailer who would them replace it, and the retailer would send it back for credit to the manufacturer. Its pretty common.

Usually when there is something to the EXTENT of FALSE labeling a product a GOOD manufacture would do everything in its power and accept returns... Its called customer service. Which obviously BCSlabs couldnt give 2 ****s about ....

You just go ahead and spend hundreds and thousands of dollars to make your point with BCS Labs. How much did the bottle cost again? Hmm.....

How does BCS not care about customer service?? Read post number 21 where I stated that BCS WOULD EXCHANGE IT FOR ANYTHING THEY CURRENTLY HAVE IN THEIR INVENTORY or you could return it and get a full refund from wherever you bought it from since BCS has already has already alerted all distributors of this product. What else do you want BCS to do for you?? BTW, thanks for the neg for trying to help you out and answer the questions you are asking? Oh well, even though you negged me for only trying to help you in previous posts, I'll be the bigger person and I wont return the favor

I'm confused as well because I know for a fact that there has been no other Mayhem manufactured after the bad batch. Furthermore, BCS sent a letter asking all distributors to stop selling it a return any bottles from the bad batch which is batch #1955.

Can the BCS rep confirm with the company to give a final word?
Also, like the person prior said, can an official list be posted on the batches that tested as a) good b) bad c) untested. That would be the most helpful at this point as there seems to be conflicting reports now.

Not to pester, but if a rep could clear this up it would help ease speculative thoughts .

you have to get the numbers right everytime or else you're adding even more confusion to this already confusing situation.
so, is the bad one #1597 or #1955 or both?

Good catch, my bad. The bad lot number is lot number 1597 and not 1955. Too many numbers in my head, lol.

???
this is just a hassle i've been trying to find out if 1955 was a bad batch. You said it was so i returned it. Once they receive the bottle they are goin to reship a new bottle... they made a note to the packer to send me a bottle with a lot # other then 1597? Are there any other bad batches you know of? Are the lot #'s lower than 1597 okay? I want to be sure I get a good batch because it is a hassle. Let me know thanks!
Oh yeah the lot number go in order of production right? For example 1100 was made before 1101?
