From my perspective I am always checking the guys out at the gym...But it is usually for there form...Sorry boys most girls go to the gym to work out not just to stare at the damb nice bodies!!LOL!!!

Before I got with my gf she said that she was restraining herself from staring at me because she didnt want to add to my ego if i caught her checking me out. Im sure other girls do it as well, but i dont train for attention. I feel self concious if people stare at me when im in pain as i train. 
5'7 @ 207pounds.

Theres this chick at my gym i feel gives me looks, I give her looks too but I'm not interested....I'm seeing somebody and I'm happy with who i'm seeing but this girl is always wearing sports bra's and skimpy workout ****. She's in great shape so I look.
Maybe if your in good shape, the chick might not be interested she's just checking you out. If your serious about bodybuilding or just getting in shape its only normal that you would check out people who are in great shape.....no harm in it, just because someone looks at you doesn't necessarily mean they want you or they hate you
