Yes, it's a little harder for some industries, but MySpace didn't even exist a few years ago. Or YouTube. What's next? You could start the next one. There will always be innovation. Pick a SMALL niche and serve it better than anybody else. Selling books? Probably not a good idea. Selling books on investing to babyboomers that haven't started saving yet? Much more targeted.

I was shopping here in 1999 as a teenage boy using the C.O.D option and using my SEGA Dreamcasts to make my purchases. I even remember the forums back then. It was ugly and mosts of us posted as anonymous.

Thats awesome that you're posting on the misc. I come here enough and i've bought some stuff from bb.com in the past and its cool to have the owner right here soo...ya thanks for aswering all these posts
I have 2 questions
1. When I ordered Animal Pak from your site a message said that wouldn't be possible to ship that product to Canada. I asked why and it couldn't be and it was because it had l-cartinine in it or something. But that's dumb because there are stores here that sell Animal Pak (for something crazy like $40-50) and although I'd rather not admit it to you I ended up getting the animal pak from another site. Soo...I'm not sure if that something to look into but yea we canadian love animal paks too 
2. what sort of criteria do you look for in choosing the teen of the week? i.e progress, overall size, their knowledge of training/dieting.

Okay, I have one. What would your advise to me, an aspiring businessman who wants to be like you be?
The only thing I can see myself doing is running my own business and working for myself (I love strategizing and planning) but I'm forced to go to college coz of parents coz they want me to live a traditional life (a good job and so on). I'm so far debt free from scholarships and I started working to pay for my own things like books, food, gas, etc... But, I see college as pointless, slowing me down and it won't help me with my future endeavors... I just want to work on my business ideas and figure myself out.
Sorry that's a bunch and pretty serious but, maybe you can relate?
