doing fine with dymatize elite whey, although i find a thicker texture of probolic suit my taste very well also.
both product were sold at around 100usd per 5lb it's really expensive here in indonesia. but i do really need it to boost protein intake since i dont have a very good appetite looking at chicken breast

Optimum 100% Whey Protein
AST's VP2 Whey Isolate
I tried both of the above and both seem to work well for me.

I'm on the lookout for a new protein powder to try. I have been using ON Whey for 3 years now and it's time for a change. Any suggestions? Taste is important also.

Has anyone tried ON Pro Complex, it is a mix of different types of protien. It is more expensive than the 100% whey but I an not so sure if it is better.
If anyone has used it please give us your feedback,
thanks,

I've taken GNC Pro Performance and ON Whey 100% and liked the flavor and the effects of ON a lot better. I'm currently on my 3rd 5lb Tub of ON Whey and have another 2 more for afterwards. I like to toss a couple scoops of peanut butter in my Rocky Road protein shakes and it tastes like a reese's peanut butter cup shake and its nice and thick.
I was looking into the Pro Complex as well. Seems like a solid product for bulking. I'm all for just throwing stuff in my shakes as well to get the calories up there.

i just bought my first protein powder recently, EAS 100% Whey Protein. though i haven't been using for a very long time, the one thing i have noticed is that when i use it, i drink it twice a day, in the morning and after a workout, it has helped me a ton when it comes to having stricter meal times. not sure if this was just a thing with me or if anyone else can relate.

Dymatize elite whey
In Korea, ON product is apt to causing skin trouble like pimple.
I experienced it.
So I love Elite whey instead of it. It has marit like selecting variety packs (including three tastes)
It's supplement is comparable to ON whey, amazingly it has less lactose and fat.

AllMax Isoflex definitely has worked best for me. ON 100% whey is pretty good too, though.

Isopure
I was surprised that there aren't a lot of postings regarding Zero Carb Isopure. It's my favorite, I like that I can drink a shake and eat a meal shortly afterwards because it doesn't leave me feeling overly full or bloated. Also, I think it's almost totally comprised of whey protein isolate which is absorbed really fast, so it's ideal right after a workout. I also use ON's Pro Complex (which I also really like), but when I want a lighter, easy-to-drink protein I think this stuff is the best. Cookies & Cream is my favorite, I currently have the Apple Melon flavor, which is just alright. It's definitely not the cheapest protein out there, but I've always found it to be worth the money.

I bought this stuff bc it sounded really good, expensive though but i wanted to try it. Apple melon flavor didn't taste good at all to me i couldn't even finish the whole tub but it was a really good protein for post workout. Chocolate flavor i heard was better.
