Biceps/Back
A few updates on what's going on with me...
1. I started SuperPump250 for my preworkout instead of white flood for a while.
2. I forgot to take my kre-alkaline creatine before my workout today
3. I ordered Animal M-stak and will be starting that when I get it in a few days
4. I will be cutting starting in the first week of march just for a week or two to get ready for spring break
As for today...
**Biceps**
-EZ-Curl Bar- 135lbs x 3 sets x 10 reps
-High Cable Curls- 85lbs x 3 sets x 12/11/10 reps
-Inc. DB Curls- 50's x 3 sets x 10/8/7 reps (hard)
-BB Reverse-Grip Curls- 80lbs x 10/10/9 reps
-1-arm Preachers- 35lbs per arm x 3 sets x 10/9/8 reps
(right arm was significantly weaker in this exercise for some reason. Endurance is a lot higher in the left arm)
**Back**
-Assisted Pull-ups- (-65lbs) x 4 sets x 10 reps
(narrow overhand grip)
-Freemotion Machine Lat pulldowns(wide)- 160lbs per arm x 4 sets of 10 reps
Overall it was a good workout considering I haven't had any creatine in the last 3 days.
****Also... I will be taking new pictures for the site towards the end of this month on my bulking cycle.. I haven't had pictures up since Sept. 2007 and it's about time I updated them

Amazing workout!
So today might have been quite possibly one of the, if not the, best workout I've ever had!! It was a leg/calf day and my numbers were through the roof on EVERY exercise... Also did some new things on calves! The numbers in parenthesis are how much more lbs I did over last week.
**Upper Legs**
-Narrow Stance Deep Squats- 285lbs x 3 sets x 10 reps (+5)
-DB Lunges- 80lbs per arm x 3 sets x 10 reps! (+5 per arm)
-Leg Extensions- 205lbs x 3 sets x 10 reps (+10)
-Leg Curls- 225lbs x 3 sets x 10 reps (+15)
-HyperExtensions- 65lbs x 2 sets x 10 reps (easy +5)
**Calves**
Did numerous things for calves and they were dead/pumped by the end!...
1) 3 sets of = 1 leg straight raises w/ 45lbs
2) 3 sets of = 1 leg bent raises w/ 45lbs
3) 2 sets of EACH of "3-way-calves" on standing machine
4) 2 sets of = 1 leg sitting DB calf raises w/ 100lb DB on knee. I did a total of (6) sets; 2 of toes pointed inward | 2 of toes outward | 2 toes neutral
5) Finished off with 5 minutes of stairmaster USING ONLY my calves to keep the pace. I didn't contract my quads or hammies to push the stairsteppers down. I split the 5 minutes equally up into 3 parts; of course with toes pointed inward / outward / neutral. It really gave them a good burn in all parts!
Overall my workout was mind-blowing to say the least. I was very impressed with how I did! I haven't even received my Animal M-Stak that I will be taking. It might be due to Gaspari's SP250, or also I've been trying to eat more calories the last couple of days to keep anabolic. Either way, my workout was amazing and I look forward to doing chest/tri's/abs tomorrow with hopefully amazing results!

Not that anyone reads this, but today was my off day of lifting. I went into the gym and just did a moderate calf workout and did some random shoulder exercises...
ANYWAY, I am starting up on Universal's "Animal M-stak." I will be eating as much food as my stomach is physically able to handle in a day. I haven't seen much for weight gains and I figure the only reason why is because I'm simply not eating enough calories... I sleep well and workout just fine I'm starting to take food and whey shakes into work to eat while I'm there haha! But I'm very excited for M-stak. I love how it's all natural and still allows me to train "like an animal" and get the most out of every day I workout!
In case any of you have lost track.. I'm going to eat 4k calories a day or more... and then take the following supps...
-ON's 100% Whey ---------> 3 times a day
-Gaspari's SP250 ----------> Before workout
-CL's Purple Wraath --------> During workout
-Scifit Kre-alk creatine -----> Before workout
-Universal Torrent PWO -----> Directly after workout
-Animal Pak Multi ----------> After meal before workout
-Animal M-stak -----------> 45 min pre-workout (after pak)
Tomorrow is leg day keep posted.

Overtrained
Since I was very weak and tired yesterday, I took the day off and did legs today instead. I haven't been able to eat enough food lately and it's been hard to get enough calories to maintain a positive balance. I got a decent workout in today, but lowered the amount of sets due to the intensity of my workouts. I think I will begin to do acclimation sets for a new routine and instead of doing 3 failure working sets for each exercise, I'll just do one hard hard set to failure per exercise and do that set to a much higher weight.
Today...
-Wide Deep Squats- 320lbs x 3 sets x 10/10/8 reps
-1 Leg Press- 240lbs per leg x 2 sets x 10 reps
Superset of...
-Standing Leg Curl FM- 70lbs per leg x 2 sets x 12 reps
w/
-Seated 1 Leg Extension- 115lbs per leg x 2 sets x 10 reps
-Lunges- 65's in each hand x 2 sets x 10 reps
Closed out with 12-14 sets of calf exercises in all 3 varying foot positions to get every angle... and then closed out with 5 minutes of calf contracting only stairmasters, 1.5 min per angle of the foot or so.
