Creatine timing
I've been a member here for a while, but I've never posted. Just been lurking around and reading all the great info on this site. I've been working out for about 4 years now and up until recently haven't taking it all that seriously. I have been using mono for quite some time and have recently switched to Green Mag. My question is do I take the creatine before or after my workout? I've done both and I'm not sure if theres a difference. I was wondering if there was a scientific reason for taking it before of after?
