Creatine timing

I've been a member here for a while, but I've never posted. Just been lurking around and reading all the great info on this site. I've been working out for about 4 years now and up until recently haven't taking it all that seriously. I have been using mono for quite some time and have recently switched to Green Mag. My question is do I take the creatine before or after my workout? I've done both and I'm not sure if theres a difference. I was wondering if there was a scientific reason for taking it before of after?

greenmag is meant to be taken before w/o. what i've seen with mono is if some ppl take it pre they seem to have a little more strength, but if they take it post they seem to pick up size a little quicker.

Cool man thanks. The main reason I was asking is because it says to take it either before or after on the can. So which do you do? Before or after? What about both? Or is that too much?
