Good luck with that too then! I Passed 2nd time... and that was when it was at its easiest lol... missed out by 1 mark!!! I had the proper piss taken out of me for that by my mates!!
your recovery is the most important thing.. don't wanna be working parts where you could re-injure yourself!
I'll actually be starting squats soon enough now I've changed gym... I'll be starting out with some pussified weight on it... even by my standards till I get used to doing good form.

Congrats!!
The cost of the lessons aint nothin compared to the costs of running the damned things tho But its well worth it for the freedom you get! Couldn't live without one now.

See, I like your sense of rationalization... problem here is I would be more interested in other women than my husband would be... he tends to be too monogamous for any other stuff...
and for the record... *gulp*... I am more bi-curious, though in the 80's I had several girlfriends...

i have a woman friend who said she is a gay man trapped in a woman's body, and i think she is right... she seems very andy warholish--the way she acts, the way she moves--she has a lot of stereotypical gay male traits.

i generally try not to place any limiting labels on myself... sometimes you may like chocolate, and sometimes you may be in the mood for vanilla--and tastes change over time.

anyway......to make conversation:
kinda hard to find other lesbian friends at a southern conservative school. ive made so many friends that don't care i'm gay, but sometimes its hard not to have others to relate to. i think most girls at my school hide the fact they may be gay, and the ones i have met and talked to i have nothing in common with and frankly dont want to hang out with (they smoke, drink heavily, etc.)

The L Word started off kinda interesting:
Will Tina & Bette get back together?
Why is Jenny such a bitch, and will she get her come-uppance?
Will Max undergo transgender surgery?
Is Alice's GF AWOL from the army?
Will Helena survive jail?
What the hell is Cybil Shepard doing on this show?
And so much more!
What an estrogen-fueled soap opera!!!!
Should be an interesting season...

You guys!!
Quick question-
If someone was going to the gym at 6am and doing 20 minutes on the bike or eliptycal and about 30 minutes of weight training, then at about 3pm going for a 3-4 mile run, how much weight do you think they would lose and how fast??
I am in the military and they have put me on this pt schedule to lose weight and I was wondering if this is possible.
My diet is really good, so I am not worried about that, but I was just wondering what you guys thought.....
Thanks
