I am hesitant to ask... But would sizeOn be okay to run with this diet?
Before you run and check, it is 14.5 sugars... I would think since it is drank during your workout it might be okay?
Another question is, I know it says to limit caffeine, does this mean pre-workout supplements (superpump, WF, ect.) are a no?

It would be not okay in my opinion. Those sugars, especially taken during workout, would serve to replenish glycogen and go against the principle of the diet.
SizeOn is great, but save it for another time and another diet. Someone else might disagree, but that would be my logic.

I hope someone can offer me some advice on a few things regarding this diet. I have read up on the information available, but there are a few things I am still confused about...
I am 5'6, 152 pounds, and looking to lose fat at the moment before concentrating on building muscle.
How many nuts/nut butter should someone limit themselves to during a regular day? I think I am having too much at around 2 tbsp nut butter and 2 handfuls almonds per day.
Also I am having quite a bit of dairy. I would say it constitutes of 70g feta, 40g halloumi, 1 cup full fat yogurt, 1/2 cup goats milk.
I am also having red meat every other day along with around 4tbsp olive oil altogether.
Is this too much for fat loss? I have gone up by 2 pounds since starting this diet a week ago, and was wondering if this was normal?
I am hoping to lose the extra fat on my body ideally within the next 3 months. Then I want to start bulking - I live in New York and not on the coast, so bulking in the summer doesn't matter to me!

Yup. You should be good to go. Just keep your weekly carb-up/cheat meal in there and your metabolism should stay pretty well primed for fat loss. If this is a long-term deal I think the cheat meal is even more important because you are obviously going to be in a caloric deficit for much longer than contest prep.

To the couple of people that PM me for these. I did have them at one time in a word file but it looks like I took the notes I needed and deleted the file. (I have a note book I keep with all the misc notes and crap on training, supplementation, etc)

Couple of Qs:
Whats the take on using clen with this diet?
also, the only guidelines given are for 200lb men and 250lb men. What about smaller people?
I'm a hair under 5"5 , 175lbs at about 14-15% and gonna lean out some before my next cycle. Ive used keto in the past and loved it; and looking back it was rather similar to this diet than to traditional keto.

Can someone get just a lil bit more granular about the fiber intake as "take fiber 2x per day" is kind of vague?

I thought he said 6k calories is the upper limit somewhere in his thread in the MD forum. He says start out the meal with real food and then eat junk.

I did, not supposed to have it first week, but it was superbowl Sunday so I caved. I started out with a 16 oz T-Bone and shredded lettuce with olive oil, then ate 2 slices of pizza, 12-15 small pieces of cake, then finished the rest of the frosting straight out of the can and popped a couple dozen whoppers. EDIT: Oh yeah and two full 16 oz glasses of Milk! Man I miss milk!

From what I've read from DP's thread, this diet for cutting and basically the same thing for bulking only add 25g carbs per meal. Do not change the protein and fat content for the bulk, add the carbs and keep eating the same amount of the other stuff. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
P.S. Your lifts are not pitiful. Just do what you do and don't worry about how much weight is on the bar other than to keep it increasing consistently. For every person who can lift more than you there are 50 people out there who lift less than you in the general population.

On this diet, what is the best time to work out? Do you do cardio one day then workout the next? also do you take any sugar in while working out/post to replenish anything?
