man, ur at 9% bf! u don't have much to lose, i think u need to clean bulk for a while and then when u shed the little bit of fat u gain u'll be ripped!

but to answer ur question u need to up the cardio, eat cleaner, and keep lifting. (and to lose some of that water weight kinda hiding ur abs make sure u get a good sweat going during cardio/sit in a sauna)

yea

i was thinking bout gettin bigger and my coaches keep tellin me to not worry bout cardio but i feel the need to stay at 142 for powerlifting but im going to think of gaing weight.

i personally don't care about my weight as long as i'm gaining mass (but weight is an excellent way to see if u are gaing mass). and for sports u want to be faster...........so its completely fine to add some sprints to ur workout (bodybuilding is a little different when ur traning for a sport)

well football i only play with friends and its a hobby but powerlifting and bodybuilding are my favorite things to look forward to in the future now i think im going to just gain mass because it seems ai need to

but ya i'd say do a clean bulk (doesn't have to be as heavy of a bulk as alot of people on here say just don't starve urself cuz u won't gain as much muscle/strength)

How do you powerlift with those stats?

And damn, I wish my school had powerlifting. A sport would be nice for getting into colleges, fun/social as well.

what do u mean

what do u mean with those stats? i just started a few eeks because lifting is fun but i didnt update my stats because i didnt do a meet and im going to put my meet stats up after feb. 9th
