lol
kidding
Mine, I would say, would be my legs. Crappy genetics because I have been working them consistently for several years. While they are fairly strong...they are just lean....runs on my mom's side....lucky me.

Got an hour? I could go on and on....
But to list the biggest (or smallest, in this case) weakness, it's my shoulders. They look fine when I flex or even when I raise my arms. But when I lower my arms, they look slight and they terminate with a bony protrusion in the center delt area. I'd love to have those "bowling ball" delts.
I do the work (raises, presses, etc), even twice per week, but genetics are hard to overcome.

It seems to me though that you have channeled your anger in a positive manor. Some people pretend that they dont have anger, and some people have less than others. But anger can be a good tool properly used.
It can push you past that last rep, or even help some people to walk when they were told they wouldn't be able too. (not naming any names heheh)

I hold lots of fat on my back, so I'd have to say, that's my worst feature(for now). I plan to change that and make it my best. T

It's legs for me, too, even though they aren't bad. They just lag behind my upper body, especially with the improvement in my back/lats (which used to be my weakest body parts, but now are my favorites to train). I also want to bring up my biceps, which do not have the size and definition of my triceps. Can a brother get some peaks? LOL

Anger used to be a bigger problem for me.
As a recovering acloholic/addict I had to learn that anger and resentment are deadly poisons for me. If I wallow in that stuff long enough I eventually will use it as an excuse to drink or take drugs.
Many people can go play with there anger, nurture it, let burn and grow and the only thing that happens is they become miserable, but for me doing those things is a death sentence. I cant afford that dubious luxury.
I had to learn to pray and meditate, practice tolerance and exceptance of other people to overcome it.
