Animal Pak + Nitro + Pump + Whey
I am a natural lifter. Have been training on HIT since 10 years and gained about 90lbs of muscle (after bulking and lean periods, fat levels varied between 10 - 18% approx)
Current Goal: Go lower on fat while retaining size or gaining if possible.
Height: 5ft 10 inches
Weight: 96 Kilos (211lbs)
Pre Workout:
1. ANIMAL PAK: 30 - 45 mins After Meal 3 around 3:30pm
2. ANIMAL PUMP + ANIMAL NITRO: 30 - 45 mins before training around 5:00pm
Post Workout
ANIMAL NITRO: Immediately after Training & before HIIT Cardio around 6:30pm
Protein Shakes: 60gms Protein (Whey + Milk) - First meal and last meal of the day
I will consume Animal Pak, Pump daily and Nitro only on workout days.
Is this fine???
