nice diagnosis. (sarcastic) tendons dont snap. they tear but they dont snap. if you heard a snap, you could either have; 1. dislocated your joint, 2. broke off a small portion of the bone i.e. you fractured it. or, 3. go see a doctor
oh and the line about steroids, do you even know what steroids do? i assume you dont since you were implying that the only way he has huge muscles is through steroids. "Pero pwede kung gmgamit ka ng steroids, lumaki muscles mo pero hindi ang tendos at ligaments, tapos nagbuhat ka ng sobrang bigat, nakaya ng muscles pero hindi ng tendons." bullcrap.
ive had a bad day, and seeing advice like this makes me snap. sorry.

up to a 170lbs db's huh? ok yun a! haven't been to a gym w/ a pair of db's go up that high. pinaka mataas na is 130's.
if ever mapunta ko jan, I'll defnitly drop by. sinong hahanapin ko?

type ko yung pangalan, Cricklewood gym.... catchy!!! db's sa gym namin ay pinakamataas ay 125.... Nag request kami ng mas mabigat, di daw pwede dahil wala namang pwede gumawa ng db presses ng mas mabigat sa 125..... oh well!!! mag halo na lang cemento at gawing db's!!!

steroids? lol....well if im aiming to be as big as Braso ill definitely take your advice...di naman ko hardcore bb eh gusto ko lng lumaki kahit papano hehehe. 5 months plang ko nagbubuhat and ive gain a decent amount of weight 8-10kilos na nadagdag ko... nagsimula ko 53 ngayon siguro nasa 60-65 na ko. di pa ko nakakapagtimbang kaya di ko lam exact weight ko ngayon.... badtrip kong kelan ko nageenjoy saka pa nadisgrasya... im gonna take your advice 1 week rest and if i still feel pain after that im going to see a doctor... gudluck nalng sa lahat...huhuhu

you need to get a massage once in awhile to stimulate the muscle groups, etc...

you dont even need to take steroids to get big you know. just eat, sleep and lift. do you even squat, bench and deadlift?

snap? the only thing that I know that can snap is bones and probably veins... well kung hindi mo magalaw at hindi namaga, its better to consult a doctor and have an xray... usually pag sa injury pag hindi namaga after few hours.. buto ang tama, and sometimes naman naipit na ugat lang kaya namaga. My advice is if you rate the pain you feel from 1-10(10highest) and you rate it more than 6, its better to consult a doctor. Better be safe than sorry.

hehehe been busy with a lot of staff and cleaning my diet.. so far im in the middle of adjusting things again. I still cant lift my max though. I'm also feeling some shoulder pain I think its from our basketball game last Sunday and from snowboarding.
How about you hows your workout lately?.. I'm lurking in the post your picture section right now maybe I could get some motivation there heheh..

pre pwede akong magpagawa hanggang 200 lbs. dbs kayang lang wala ng magbubuhat noon sa atin heh heh sa 175 lbs wala man yatang gumagamit sa mga yon...pasyal ka pre kung mapadaan ka sa gym ko...thanks bro

elo there im back if u still remember me...hehe... na tigil ako sa pag work out mga 5-6 months na ata...grabe ang tagal.. kulang kc ako sa determination at di ma iwasan ang barkada at night outs... pero ngaun im planning to go back kaya back to zero na naman ako nito... hahayz nasayang lng pera ko noon sa gym.. well sana tuloy 2x na to... medyo malaki na kc beer belly ko... e2 balik ulit sa forums buti nand2 kapa bloodz at braso...si energizer nag foforums pa ba?

i was able to set a new personal record on the deadlift yesterday!
300lbs x 6 reps
355lbs x 1 rep
on the road to 500! assuming i keep on adding 5lbs a week on my 1 rm, i would be able(hopefully) to reach my 500 goal in 7-8 months... also, i noticed my back has become thicker..
