Apart from the dick...
I would say I am a huge fan of nice calves.
I cant stand a guy with chicken legs, not an attractive look.

I prefer all of them. I think they would look rather funny if they were missing a muscle group.

Butt. Oh my God... butt. Show me a guy that has a nice round tight butt, but lacks any other developed muscle group. Soooo, if the glutes are there, then so is everything else. But I like them REALLY muscular.

While I actually like ALL the muscles(!), if I could ONLY pick two, I'd probably pick the biceps and the calves.
My TKD instructor has some nice calves(I've seen him in shorts). It totally made me feel like I had butterflies in my stomach!

I think it's more important to be balanced than anything. For heaven's sake, don't be the guy with the buff upper body and the scrawny chicken legs!

Big, beefy and in proportion.
If I had to pick two it would be biceps and back.

chest
I am surprised how only a few girls in here mentioned chest. I am not a homo but big guys with tiny legs are kinda laughable, like someone's been forgetting to add some squats. My girlfriend loves my hard arse, when we kiss her hands are faster on my arse then mine on her arse and breast at the same time

I'm a sucker for nice arms. I like muscular men, but not huge and bulging. I like a guy to be a little squishy (not fat) feels good when you cuddle.

A strong heart.
If I see a guy taking the time to help somebody at the gym vs a guy benching 300lbs, the helper wins my respect more so.

I would say that 90% of most men spend more time on there chest area because not only can it impress girls but also guys, in a non gay way btw lol
to guys big chest muscles "means stay back!", and guys like the whole dominance thing
