High Estrogen for Non User
Hey guys,
Lately I have been feeling emotional (like I want to cry), particularly today (the reason why I am looking through this thread). I have never taken steroids or prohormones except a 40,000mg Tribulus tabs a few months ago. I was overweight, about 35%BF I would say and got down to and been around 14-16% ever since. (Nearly all my weight is on butt and thighs)
I also have the puffy nipples problem...I have thought alot about this recently that my estrogen levels may be high, also because I store most of my weight on my thigs and glutes.
Im going to get a blood test tomorrow, well atleast consult a GP about it.
Do you think me once being overweight could have lead to the problem?
Do you agree all these symptoms could be due to excess estrogen?
What medication would I be given to combat it? How can it be treated?
Thanks

Prolonged dieting can make you feel **** and emotional. I think the puffy nipples may be fatty tissue still. I personally dont think it is caused by estrogen. We will know more once your tests are back.

At the moment I am feeling good about starting to clean bulk, after spending nearly all of last year either dieting down or eating maintenance...clean all year..
I am actually a certified Personal Trainer so I know a thing or 2, so I am going to do a no BS heavy and hard 4 day split...find out what a good cal level is for me, maybe 3300 or so...But in another thread I am told I should keep dieting off the fat till I hit 10%...In all honesty I think my top half is like 12% but my legs etc are as if Im 20%...so cosmetically I am not really that fussed because I look alright in my tank top and whatever...but should I still diet down? I really dont want to...nothing serious for atleast a while. Because this week I cut down for 1 week and was feeling bad...then as of today I started my new program.

THis thread went from gyno issues while not on cycle to asking if we think you're ready to start a cycle?
First answer is, alot of men of gyno issues because its in their genetics. Blood work won't tell you if you're prone to it or not. You can deal with this, you CAN take some Tamox if you really think this is an issue but for a person on your small frame I would say its not from estrogen back up.
Second answer is no. From your pictures you dont look like your walking around at a thick 200 pounds. Eat, eat eat and train then we'll go from there. "Certified" trainer or not, thats just a piece of paper. Doesn't mean you're any more educated on AAS then half the people that come in here.
Not being a dick but your pics dont make you out to look like I'd want you as my trainer. Let alone to hear about you cycling and being my trainer at that size.

Yea 200lbs on a 6'4 frame isnt much, especially when its all in the legs like he was saying...he was not interested in doing a cycle as such, just wondering if he would get prescribed some meds to combat it...
