When cutting on a balanced diet, I tend to start out with 200g carbohydrate spaced around my training, or within the first three or four meals. I then reduce it when progress stalls to 150g. The lowest I'd go on a balanced diet is 125g.
If I'm using a Keto variant such as TKD, I'd reduce carbohydrate to less than 10g per day for two weeks; then slowly introduce up to 60g of carbohydrate on lifting days, and keep it below 30g on non-lifting days. I'd have a slight carbohydrate load of around 200g once per month or so.
If I'm maintaining, I tend to take in around 300g, depending on the split I'm using.

I'm cutting and taking in around 80-100 a day, sometimes around 50, usually not much less than 50, if I don't get at least 1 serving of oats a day I can get cranky.

How are your energy levels when taking in low amount of carbs. I'm mean during your workouts?
I'm just interested, because i have never gone that low in carbs before.

Actually they're not bad at all. Your body will adjust to it in time, at first I could definitely tell a difference, but after about a month, I guess my body adjusted.
I usually workout around 11:40A.M.-12:00P.M. and I feel that my body's natural energy levels are relatively high at this point in time of the day, I've been awake for a few hours and have had a huge healthy meal about 2 and half hours pre workout.
I actually had strength gains in every lift while doing this diet and training regimen, but they came slowly and I had to train very hard for them. I'm also doing low fat as well, about 30 grams a day.
I drink an energy drink (Rockstar Zero Carb) once a day on lifting days, as well as a few cups of green tea and a cup of black coffee. These things help fill you up and give you a little boost of energy.
My diet has never truly been a bodybuilding diet, with the exception of high protein intake, but I've kept fat and carb intake low. I saw good results on this, I looked lean and muscular (more so than ever IMO) when I went home for christmas.

I eat oats 2x a day and bread 1x a day and most of the rest of my carbs are from lowfat yogurt and veggies and brown rice.

There are many different ways to produce ATP, and they don't all need dietary carbohydrates. In fact, none of them do, because our bodies can synthesize glucose from non-carbohydrate substrates. Go human body, yay!

lol, its not that crazy. I recarb twice a week, but on a regular day I get 1518 calories with a 59/10/31 (p/c/f) breakdown. My only carb source is spinach and what carbs are floating around in my chicken and protein drink. I dont consume milk or bread or rice ever and on my refeed days I have 1/2 a cup of oats with 40 raisins (yes I count them), 1/2 a cup of spinach, 6 almonds, and a 6 oz sweet potato with 1.5 tbsp of almond butter.
Also that carb count is with the fiber subtracted from it. So its 60 grams of carbs - 26 grams of fiber.
My energy levels are great, my strength is still going up even on a calorie deficit and cardio is no problem either. I work out 5 days a weeks, work 50 hours a week, and have classes twice a week as well and I never feel burnt out. I dont take a rack of stims either during the day, just one amp before I lift.

<20g - cutting
Seeing amazing results in 2 weeks. I went in with a skeptical mind but I am VERY happy with what's happened so far. I no longer even want carbs...except for Reese's cups.
