LOW VOLUME CALVES + ABS + CARDIO
STANDING SMITH CALVES(3 x 10 - 10 - 10: triple drop with 2 sec pause at bottom)
275 x 10 - 10 - 10 (i didn't need to drop this set...getting stronger...or at least adapting to this type of training...hopefully will lead to calf GROWTH!!!

my weights were a little whacky...but my calves were burning so its ok
ELLIPTICAL- is that even spelled right? lol

I slept well last night. it was good...and i had dreams of pigging out on Cici's pizza. this diet is getting to me...lol

didn't notice much from this today. i may be getting some of the endurance effects, but not like i've felt before from CM at higher doses

i didn't really notice this today either. i woke up feeling pretty fresh...I don't have classes today so i feel pretty good...that may have had something to do with the improved sleep too...less stress

i'm gonna drop the carbs a little today...and raise the fat a little. since its an "off" day.

thanks man...i really felt alot more stimulation with the high reps for legs...i think i'm gonna give it a try for a while and see what i get.

i tried it once...a roommate gave me some...i was working mids at the time, so i was sleeping during the day and i didn't notice anything crazy though...i've considered giving it a try again though..when i really need sleep and it just isn't happening i ussually take some sort of sleeping pill
however...i have had success with the old placebo effect....i know this is gonna sound extremely retarded...and i'm ok with that...but i used to be able to pop an altoid in my mouth and convince my self it was some sort of sleeping pill and i'd get to sleep pretty quickly after that....
or maybe peppermint has some sort of calming sleep inducing properties

You could try a benadryl based OTC sleep aid also.

i think i may have started my cals a little low...but i sorta did that on purpose...its only a 4 week diet...it isn't like i have to diet for 20 weeks prepping for a show.......yet
EDIT: my strength is definately improving...which is awesome...considering i had stalled for a little while AND i'm on a 2500 kcal/day diet....

Well...today was an "off" day...meaning high volume calves and cardio...
it was a pretty odd day...i trained in the evening b/c i had to go buy my books today...yes...i just now bought all my books...
and since things were shifted around my diet and supplementation schedule was a little thrown off...and i've felt weird all day...

today's diet is gonna be stretched out...i'm going out for a friends birthday...so i'll be up late...but no drinking though...damn diet...but at least i'll remember everyone making asses out of themselves...

nice workout, little shoulders and arms action with a few prs...good stuff, and its good to not get smashed, one or two drinks is one thing but a lot inhibits protein synthesis

yeah...it is good...but it also sucks to not get smashed...lol
there were like 15 poeple out and i knew 3 of them...only 1 of them really well...so you know...i wasn't exactly comfortable...drinking coulda helped alot...ah well...next time when i'm not dieting...

alright...well yesterday was an off day from everything....training and diet...
as far as the cheat goes...i definately didnt get crazy...the "worst" thing i ate was some home made turkey chili...and i'm back on track today

well as you can see i dropped about 2 pounds from yesterday...that's that water weight i was talking about a few days ago...and i'm looking much leaner today...my waist is right above 33"....when i started i was right under 34"...so that is great...that is the measurement i'm really using to determine how this mini-cut goes...my abs don't show till i get real low so i can't use them for a reference...but i'm looking leaner in my legs and arms...

Calf day - no cardio b/c all the equipment was occupied and i didn't wanna wait...lol

ZMA - CRAZY dream last night:
I was on the campus bus driving around on a campus i never took the bus on before(this part actually happened yesterday)...but then i realized the bus was flying...so i asked this girl what was going on and she said very matter of factly, "we're flying across the country." So i was a little confused and asked what the hell is the Rutgers bus doing flying us across the country. She said "we are going to texas" and she said that we were already over texas. So i somehow convinced everyone that we weren't supposed to go to texas cuz that was crazy and that we had to get out...so we parachuted from the plane.
At this point we land on a mountain that was basically a water volcano...water was gushing out of the top and flowing down the sides covering the entire suface of the mountain...no dry spots...fortunately we land up-hill from a house and ride the rapids to it and break in...we are looking for food when we see some people out side riding down the mountain on surfboards with wheels on them. Then this one guy goes buy on a surfboard shaped like a chevy caprice. It was his house that we had broken into...so he pulls some weird ass tubes out of his throat and comes into his house with a knife....we all went and hid in the basement...he came down and we ran up the stairs...he tried following us...but i was hanging down from over the stairs and grabbed him by the hood and threw him down the stairs and i woke up....
THEN i went back to sleep and we were outside in the forrest on one side a deep canyon...he was up in a tree on the other side with a snipers rifle trying to shoot me and the chick i was talking to on the bus...but i had a bow with me so i shot him in the heart before he shot us...and that was it...
funny...and LONG...longest dream i've had in a LOOONG time...so i figured i'd share.
Vitalyze - nothing to special to report...i am in a pretty good mood...but i'm getting lean and had a good workout and slept well with a crazy dream...why wouldn't i be in a good mood
Aerobitine - the endurance benefits today were amazing...i got more reps with more weight today on all sets...well except for the seated calfs...that was normal...and a decent calf pump...since i'm leaning out my calf vein was sticking out like crazy...
NUTRITION
gonna probably drop some carbs later today since its an "off day" may replace some of it with a little fat
but pretty much the same as usual

one thing i respond really well to i'm noticing...is cheating...a few days after a "cheat" i lean out quite a bit...
of course...not like an all out binge on fatty processed foods...but eating other foods that don't fit my macros that are still clean...that's why i said "cheat"

that dream is ridiculous....a lot of people have dreams that are deeply routed in their subconcious....you just have cheesy action movie dreams...speaks volumes for your character lol
