Seeking best supplement stacks

What do you think is the best supplement stack for building muscle and loosing fat for a man over the age of 35. Currently not seeking steroid stacks. Thank you!

Hey Joe.. It's great that you've made the choice to be healthy!! Congrats.. To be honest.. I am not sure any pill or supp will help. Hard work, plenty of cardio mixed w/ full body workouts and a lower cal intake will unleash the muscle you have already.. You'd be surprised what you have already!! HIIT training wouldn't a bad idea.. Then you can take the cash you saved from not buying the thermo supps and get a kick'in set of new clothes for the new body....

Best of luck....

Smile kee[ it simple...

If I were you, I'd start out with just a multivitamin, whey and fish oil. (I assume you're just starting out or maybe have been away from lifting several years).

This will keep ya for quite a while until ya plateau on lifts...then try creatine.

Save your money and spend it on food, equipment, gym membership, etc.

You may want to do circuit training and keep your rest periods between sets short while you drop bf%.

Or, you can do some days with higher reps/short rests mixed with a few days of low rep work targeted at building strength.

Most important is diet. Cut out high-fructose corn syrup and get several small meals/day with protein post w/o and at night.
