Question Running While Sore? Good or Bad?

I lift Mon/Wed/Fri and the only leg day is Wed but I do cardio on all off days except for Sunday so I can get a day off.

But I was wondering if doing cardio (HIIT) while sore (upper body, not lower) is good or bad? Would it take away from my gains?

Red face running on soreness

good question. i jog the day after i do legs hard to maintain full blood flow through the area. i do not run hard or long the day after my power leg workout in the gym. legs need a chance to recover. the second day aftr i work out legs, i am really sore and only do arms at the gym and dont run.

also, i flip from eriods of hard and long running to periods of hard weight leg training. i flip about ever 6 months. i never mix the two. it's insane to do so.
