why? his strong estats, we called him out on the squats, he said he was going to make a video, and disappeared for a month, came back and when we asked him about the squat video, he disappeared again, now hes back with his rediculous curls and crap, and when he is called out again, he will likely disappear again

lol at my gym the only place you can curls is the squat rack. The only barbells are the ones for the bench presses and the one in the squat rack, but it's not like anyone at my gym actually squats anyway.

I told yall i box squatted 405 for football. And The Leg Press wasnt my max..its jus my workout weight. And Jus for yal linfo..I was sweating and im not wearing baby oil. I was wrking out durin summer in south lousiana. Give me a Break. As far as the 125 lbs curling goes..Heres da video.

Wow dude...if you keep your work ethic you will hit any goal you set up for yourself. I am sure you heard this already...but if you want to add size..you should consume 1 protein gram for every pound that you weight. So if you weight 145 pounds you should consume at least 145 protein grams per day. Some people say 1 1/2 Grams but 1 gram has worked for me. Good luck dude. I see your from Louisiana me too...Go Tigers!!!
