I just wonder what kind of proteins I should take...I am new in fitness and I want to know what I should expect after I take it? any risks? negatives? posistives? How to take it ? What proterin product is good for me?
I just want to have slow gain of muscle mass and not so much thou. Just nice slim fitness muscles.

I am tall 5'3 and my weight is 110lbs.
