Beginner - what kind of protein?

Hi

I just wonder what kind of proteins I should take...I am new in fitness and I want to know what I should expect after I take it? any risks? negatives? posistives? How to take it ? What proterin product is good for me?

I just want to have slow gain of muscle mass and not so much thou. Just nice slim fitness muscles. I am tall 5'3 and my weight is 110lbs.

Go with a cheap quality protein like ON 100% Whey.

You should expect better recovery. There are basically no risks at all and you should take it post workout or whenever you want to add some extra protein in your diet.

right after workout and in the morning are the best times to take it.
also, i would suggest getting something with a good blend of different proteins
such as bsn's syntha 6. that will allow a slower release into the body and might be better if your a beginner and your diet isnt 100%

ON Whey would be a good protein for you to start out on.

Also don't worry about getting huge muscles as a girl because it is basically impossible unless you are on roids

Lift and train hard and you will get nice slim fitness looking muscles.

I would recommend getting whey and casein protein. Whey for anytime use, a whey/casein blend post-workout, and casein before bedtime.

the man speaks the truth. Casein protein would also be a good addition and it also helps keeping you fuller longer too.
