3 month Progress lost 24 pounds (pictures)
This is my 3 month progress at gym, I have lost 24 pounds in the last 3 months and 35 pounds in last 5 months, I dont have any pictures when I used to weight 257lbs 5 months back and anyway I wasnt training back then only started a diet, I started going to gym only 3 months ago.
I know Im still fat but Im very proud of my progress and Im not worried about having a much better body in next 10-12months, just give me some time. I train hard at least 4 to 5 times a week. Don't ask me what my actual BF% is because I dont know but I bet its still very high. Arms seem to have improved very well and my back also, I have some pics of the back but as Im not very good in photoshop it takes me 30 mins just to do one picture with 3 photos inside so after 2 photos I was too lazy to make a 3rd one.

i hope your lifting weights while burning your fat! because when you get skinny your going to have to worry about bulking up and stuff to get some muscle
I use to be pretty fat to, i made the mistake not to lift weights, i just ran and did abs.. now im having a hard time bulking because i still have a stomach and its hard to gain muscle mass without gaining fat

Thanks guys!
lilc2197: Yeah I sure am lifting weights. First two months I did a lot of cardio though now I dont do it much I try to concentrate more on lifting even though I know I should still lose a lot of fat working out on lifts will also help me, maybe not as fast as cardio but it will give me muscle in the same time.

When cutting, don't expect a large muscle mass increase and a large fat decrease, the body just doesn't work that way (unless you're genetically gifted). Fasted AM cardio is the best thing when it comes to fat loss, just make sure to sip some coffee before hand to ensure minimal muscle loss.
Awesome progress thus far man, keep it up.

Great job....keep it up. I have a very similar body type...it takes time, but it will keep coming off. Keep lifting and doing the cardio...may not gain a lot of mass but your muscles will be lean and tight when you get rid of the fat...plus it will help firm things up and get rid of the loose skin as you lose the fat...it sure has helped me.
