O.P, you have to balance out the facts here.
We know that sleeping is benficial for the growth process, correct?
but we also know that your body NEEDS protein for muscle, correct?
If we balance out the two intergers, we can come to a understanding that your best bet would be to avoid sleeping.
If you do not sleep then wet dreams will not be a problem.
Every 6-8 weeks take a cheat* and sleep for an hour or two.
You should be massive in no time with all that protein your saving up from not having wet dreams.
