Just do a little jig on their grave after they die of heart disease in 10 years =P
But just ignore them. The fact is you are making an effort to change your lifestyle for the better.

That's pretty much sums it up.. .
My wife is pregnant and is due in 9 weeks. So my eating habits were horrible for November and December. So I picked up about 10 lbs. This lady in my class Tuesday called me fat boy. I basically ignored her and will use it as motivation.

actions speak louder than words. if they were YOU than YOU would be THEM and you would change their body. Muscle V Fat and you chose muscle! In the end, NONE OF US WILL WIN because we're either too fat and in a few months of hard training they'll say we're too small/cut (for girls, "look like a man") or that we have a gym problem. Screw them.

Peoples negative comments help. I didnt realize I was fat really, untill people actually called me fat.
Now they dont, so its great
But had they not, maybe id not have noticed how bad I really looked.
If they thought u looked fine, they wouldnt say anything. So dont expect everyone to pat your back when u hit your goal. Just notice the bad comments have stopped.

i cant wait till the day people know i just dont go home and do nothing. Im doing this mostly for myself but when an someone says something like that i can only laugh at the moment cause in a way they are right i still have fat but then again i know im losing that fat and i know my body is changing. The comments sucks but i guess they will laugh now and cry later. did anyone go through this as well? what did you do to comments like that?

All I can advise you is that you gotta do this for yourself. You got to be your own critic when it comes to your progress and achievements.
You should really stop worrying about what other people think. You are working out and eating better for yourself, and it is all about you. You should be proud of yourself no matter what weight or size you are because of all the things you are doing and everything you accomplished. If you appreciate yourself, it won't matter what others say.
Keep up the good work. When people get you upset, just think about how great you are and how well you are doing.
Keep up the good work and good luck.

Jesse you are so far from FAT .. the people who call you fat are off their rockers...! I am WAY more chubby than you (in fact you dont even look chubby) and nobody calls me fat. When I hide in my clothes they seem to think I look muscular actually, hmmph.
Anyways, when someone puts you down, channel all of those feelings they churn up and channel them into your workout to prove everybody you're exactly the opposite of what they've thought of you.

Respond with "I am FatMan, and this is my disloyal weakling sidekick, StickFigure."... grabbing his shoulder as you say it would make it evident you're talking about him... and it would be even better to wait and do it while in front of everyone else at work.

LOL. OK, that made me smile. Calling you fat boggles my mind. Clearly the comment has more to do with their problem(s) than your weight.
Now, I probably shouldn't talk because I prefer to be leaner, but I know plenty of people that would be perfectly happy with that level of BF and size. And several that would not want to be much leaner (maybe 10lb or so, but no more). Not everyone likes the 'skinny ripped' look, (or the very large BBer look either).
Actually I'll bet most women would much prefer how you look in that pic than the infamous 'Brad Pitt' look. I know my wife would - and probably prefer it over the sub 10% BF I have now to be honest.
BF% is relatively meaningless if you look decently proportioned and have a good muscle mass base. I mean there are other people here who weigh a lot less (and may even have lower BF), but still look fat because of the lack of any muscle.

well I went from 300lbs to 200lbs in about 8 months. Doing alot cardio and drasticly cutting calories/carbs. I was doing alot of work on my abs everyday.
Well, I have extra skin on my gut and lil fat that i can't loose.
This girl that has liked me for a longtime was chilling with me at my house(she knows I used to be fat). She starts putting the moves on me and then starts taking off my shirt. She looks at me and says "You need to work your abs more". I was pissed and emotionaly hurt at the same time. I looked at her and said "Your a stupid f*cking B!tch" (it was all I was thinking at the moment) Then I kicked her out of my house and have never talked to her since. She always calls me and IMs me, but i don't respond. F*CK HER!

Repped, id answer but just tell her you have no desire to be around her, its way more brutal for her if you will talk to her and tell her no. she gets the point deeper.

It will stop once you are under 20 percent body fat. I had it throughout until i was under 200 pounds then people were like **** your skinny and all this crap. Use it as motivation and keep driving and then once you acheived your goal spit in their faces, literally.

People say stupid ****.. One of my fat lazy friends called me a F*gget for eating a salad in burger king.. People envy your drive, the drive they don't have because they have no balls to get up and do it themselves and it makes them miserable. so they spit venom out on everyone else.

Lol your not even fat the guy is just retarded. I though possibly you were still chunky or something. Was it by any chance one of those guys who weigh 130 pounds? ask him if he thinks being underweight is any more attractive than being over weight what a ***. I would have punched his head in.

Speak for yourself .
Either way, just ignore them man. When I started out I was overweight and I went to the gym during my spare in high school. When I got back to school people would always tease me about working out and basically said I was never gonna get anywhere. 3.5 years later when I see these people at the beach they're not as quick to chirp at me. The same will go for you, just picture yourself with the body you want and you'll get it - then it's time for pricks like this dude to eat their words.
