BLAST YOUR BENCH info?
If anyone has heard of this program, its by Lee Hayward. I managed to get a little in-depth in reading it but I couldn't find out more without purchasing the ebook.
theres something along the lines of:

You will be manipulating all vital workout factors that maximize strength, power, and hypertrophy. This allows you to start the program with moderate poundages and peak your strength quickly with big numbers.
I would really like to transit from my 1-day a week benching to this. Please help if you know anything
