nope... left a while ago...been at FF for a bit now.. kinda just been piss fartin around.. no serious training partner, so I only took my first yr seriously, just kinda been shaping my body and sticking around the same mark! cbf anymore.. got a gf, work, music/studio time.. even training 4 times a week is difficult, so i might go to twice a week full body, and 2 x cardio a week..

No disrespect, but this is about the most invalid statement I have ever heard...
Gimme Hydrolyzed WPI any day over some weak ass WPI/WPC/Casein blend, for bulking anyway....
Amino acid spikes are what cause the cascade that is protein synthesis.... Proven time and time again in studies
So why choose hydrolyzed WPI over Blend or BCAA for that matter then?
Extensively hydrolyzed proteins containing mostly di- and tripeptides are absorbed more rapidly than free form amino acids and much more rapidly than intact (non-hydrolyzed) proteins. The considerably greater absorption rate of amino acids from the di- and tripeptides than from the amino acid mixture appears to be the result of uptake by a system that has a greater transport capacity than amino acid carrier system, thus minimizing competition among its substrates.
A practical advantage is that one can ingest a protein hydrolysate-containing supplement immediately after exercise without getting bloated and not excessively suppressing appetite, so one can eat another meal sooner, possibly optimizing the post-exercise anabolic window.
In addition, protein hydrolysate ingestion has a strong insulinotropic effect
There are more reasons why too...
No doubt IMHO that Hydrolyzed WPI is far superior to some gay blend or even BCAA for that matter...
Buy something like Dymatize ISO-100 which is top notch stuff... yeah OK... It is like $100au for a 5lbs tub delivered which puts it at like $45au/kg but its well worth the price... Pina Colada is yumm as... Worth every penny.... Mixability and Taste are 10/10...
All of y'all can keep your purple wrath and WPC... lol

Impossible for 3kg of MONO. Shipping on 3 kg alone would not warrant buying Mono abroad.
BCAA's is a different story though.

All b/s in my books..
my mate has lost 40kgs right.. he eats like 1500calories a day, barely any protein, maybe 40-50grams.. no shakes and i swear hes bulked 4-5kgs of muscle in the last 2-3 months since training with me, everyone has noticed it.
I remember som write up even claiming protein is all b/.s.. I think Its all overhyped ... I stopped taking shakes, im 89kgs.. and i was maybe eating 50-100g a day and I lost no size... for bulking maybe, but theres a huge number of people who will say its overall intake of protein, not what type.

Isolates FTW!!
If you are poor and can only afford WPC, then use it, but if you have the green stuff, then always go with WPI even just for the ease of mixing!!

Not possible natural, not all muscle anyway, 1LBS a week is almost impossible for 95% of the population. 1/2LBS per week is achieveable when training is 100% spot on and diet is 100% in check.

I use the 20kg bags of WPC from Rogers & Co throughout the day and night, which is great stuff, and Horleys Ice or some similar form of WPI post w/o.
Has proven to be an economic way of doing things.
Who uses the Myopure stuff? I have only just stumbled upon the site.

yeah, all i use now. the MPC is a great price as is the WPC. the egg is a bit hard to handle (esp Whole egg) without a strong flavour booster.

Lipo 6
Hey Guys!
I've checked, are you sure we can bring in Lipo 6 from bb.com?
As it does contain Yohimbine.
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/nutrex/lipo6.html
Please check from the label.
If possible, I would like to order them now.

you might be in trouble with the casein buddy.
It might get through but usually they dont let proteins through.

You will get a letter/call about the ON Casien.
or you will get your package with the ON missing and a letter in the box telling to call customs.
or they could send the whole package back if its fedex.
lets hope your lucky but for future notes, learn to love this thread.

I'm pretty sure its fedex as he said it said "Clearance Delay". If they dont like the casein, it will all go back.
