OK back on track. That little episode is behind me. Still eating clean, going to teh PL club tomorrow morning. Will probably do some upper body work tonight as it will be either squats or deadlifts tomorrow.
Doctor pushed back my appointment. I am going to see her on the 31st. Hopefully she can come with a solution to my sudden depression episodes.

Well, this week's weigh in shows a gain of 1 pound. Considering how bad I felt earlier in the week, I am glad that I was able to keep it at one pound. I didn't exercise much at all which probably contributed to that. I am working harder this week to make sure that the losses keep on coming. Pictures will come tonight. :-)

Thank you Brandi. Right now for supplements, I have got a protein powder (Have to find another brand because this one tastes horrible), and then I am taking a multi-vitamin, Vitamin D, Zinc, and now I am taking Acai as an anti-oxidant. I haven't looked at getting anything else yet although I hear great things about Cytolean. I have been trying to find it here in Canada but haven't been able to find it yet.
Any help and suggestions are greatly appreciated from anyone! :-)

blsmith, I've found that Optimum Nutrition range are the best tasting so far, I've tried many many brands and always went back to ON.
Had Rocky Road Choc, Strawberry, French Vanilla - they're all very good but the French Vanilla is fantastic.
And no I don't work for them.

I'll see if I can find that here. I noticed there isn't a great selection here in Canada. We'll see what I can find. Thanks for the tip!

For you both!! I would suggest Syntha 6 I personally love the Strawberry, Chocolate, and Mochachino (morning coffee replacement). Or the Muscle Milk I like the Cake Batter flavor but can only do it once a day. I would also suggest some No Xplode and Xtend I know that we cannot ship the Xtend to Canada and I know that we cannot ship the protein to the UK it usually gets refused by the one and only lovely CUSTOMS!!! I hope that this helps you boy on your journey!!!

Thanks Brandi. I'll have to get some money on the card and get some supplies. Since you're here let me ask. What is the easiest way to do this. The winner of the contest is supposed to get $50 worth of stuff at the bb.com store. What is the easiest way to transfer funds or whatever from onr of us to the other? Is there a gift certificate/card?

Is this just between you two? or is it Sponsored by us? If it between you two then I would do a gift certificate that you purchase on our site. and it can be used at any time. I hope that this helps you out!!

Yes it's just between the two of us. Sounds perfect thank you.
Of course if bb.com wants to kick something else in... Nahhhh wouldn't expect that. :-)

For your first cycle I would suggest this:
Lean Body- protein
Opti Men is great however, check our Life essence!!!
BCAA- try Xtend it is awesome!!!
Dialene 4 or Lipo 6 or 6x is great choice I love Dialene 4 it is not for the weak though!!
If you are taking a Thermogenic DO NOT TAKE ANY NITIRC PRODUCTS LIKE NO XPLODE!!! it is not good and can be dangerous to your health!! Let me know if you have any questions boys!! You both know how to reach me!!

just checking in. My first week of my new schedule starts monday, so I will be checking in on you much more often. I saw the discussion on the supplements with Brandi. Putting my two cents in, I really like Optimum nutrition's Casein protein. THe flavors are pretty basic, but the consistency is super thick (keeps me fuller, longer) and there is no sugar, and low fat compared to other proteins. Some have told me that it is perfect to drink just before bed so our body recovers faster. I'll be in touch.
