no explode vs mri black powder
used a container of no explode for a month, then i switched over to black powder just to see what it was like, i am half way thou my black powder.
when i was on no explode i thought it was great, it tasted good, it didnt leave be bloated, very easy to drink, the pump was as good as i thought it would get (intill i tryed black powder). basicaly for me it did what it was sopose to.
black powder kicked the **** outta no explode as far as preformace. the pump was so much better it wasnt even fit, i felt like i didnt even need to rest between sets, i just wanted to keep going. but i found it had some bad things that no explode didnt. i found the taste wasnt bad, not as good as explode, but i found it hard to drink, and as i was drinking it i felt bloated but once i got to the gym i had no problem pounding the water into me. the first and second day i used it i have jidders really really bad(even tho the people at gnc and the side of the container said that it wouldnt give u the jidders). when i was bench pressing both my arms would shake like crazy. i figured since i had all ready bought it i might as well give it another shot, the 3rd day went into the gym and i had no jidders what so ever, i felt amazing, hands down one of the best workouts i had was that 3rd day. over all i think that the black powder is worth it, i love, and i will continue to use it.
i hope this is usefull to anyone planing on buying either one.

If I got any more pumped while using Black Powder, my bicepts would split through the skin! Solid product.

I bought Black Powder Last friday. I tried one scoop 30 minutes before I hit the gym didn't feel ANYTHING. Workout seemed to be the same. I thought I would try 2 scoops monday morning before my workout still NOTHING only thing I noticed was major jitters after my workout......so far this has worked terrible.
I took NO EXPLODE 2 years ago and had awesome results I went to the gym all jacked up and went crazy in the gym and was VERY focused. I didn't feel that way at all with Black Powder the only feeling I got when taking the Black Powder was the jitters after my workout. I am gonna return it tommorrow in exchange for NO EXplode ....by the way whats the best flavor ?

same here i took 1 scoop for a few days and felt literally nothing. 2 scoops and its a gamble, sometimes i feel soo pumped that i workout for endless amounts of time and can destroy a heavy bag forever and sometimes i dont feel anything. the tase is honetsly lacking to with about 16 ounces of water it taste like a horribly over salted gatorade that randomly carbonates itself and blows out the mouth piece cover macing me with a horrible tasting lquid in a quite comical way. i would like a comparison of this to whiteflood as im really intrested in that next

the only side effects I had from NO-Explode were a bit jittery I too had explosive workouts and was VERY focused. The flavor (Lemonaide) blows away the flavor of Black Powder I have taken Black Powder again for my forth day and I am giving it a thumbs waaaaay down. Still nothing on 2 scoops prior to working out. Worse yet it does not even help with recovery time like NO-Explode does. I did calves on monday and they are still really sore today.

i dont see how it would make you fat, if anything no explode has a ton of caffiene which is a diuretic. i started working out a little over 6 months ago. i have been taking no explode the whole time... its positive effects are beginning to subside as i have to take 3 scoops before my workouts now. i body was in complete dissaray 6 months ago, droopy shoulders, gut, love handles, small arms.... I am on a few suppliments but i would have to say NO explode is prob my fav suppliment.
my gut is gone, my size and strength increase is great. i owe 50% of this to no explode. I owe the other 50% to dedication and diet i guess

nope, sure isnt a protien drink. it is a cool suppliment if you are looking for explosive energy, great pumps and great vascularity. it has NO SUGAR, well maybe like 1 or 2 grams, but you are definately safe taking this suppliment if you are worried about fat gains. FYI, i also take Cell Mass, Nitrix, T Bomb II, Syntha-6, L- Carnitine, BCAA, Glucosimine, Mega Man Sport MVs, and i am temporarily taking atro phex to get rid of subcutanious water. again, if i had to keep one suppliment it of course would be my multi-vitiman, but aside from that NO explode is what i would keep

whey is a protien that is common because it has the highest biological value of any protien known. a lot of whey products are fairly low in calories and it is used to facilitate muscle developmemt and aid in muscle recovery. It is important to take in protien not only after workouts but before workouts. There are wieght gainers which i dont use and dont know much about, but i think they are extremely high in calories and protien. the high calorie count comes from carbs and fat i am sure but i dont know, never even looked at weight gainers.
to naz, i think no explode before your workout and whey after your workout is a great idea. make sure your whey isnt rich in fat/calories. you should be able to find a powder with approx 200 calories per 30 grams of protien. steer clear from protien powders with fat and sugar. i personally take whey about an hour and a half before the gym and no explode half hour before, then cellmass right after my workout, whey again about an hour later. I apologize your question wasnt answered with more clarity earlier on, but NO Explode and Whey are great... i wouldnt call it a stack because the two dont neccessarily compliment eachother, but each important in their own way.

13 grams of carbs is actually very little. considering you are getting a "meal" out of the drink, it is next to nothing. keep in mind you want to have some carbs. you dont want carbs that come from sugar. if you notice there is only two grams of sugar in a serving, that is great. even though you dont want to get fat, you still need to develop and take in the right amount of nutrition to facilitate overall good health. dont get sucked into the idea that all carbs are bad. the "atkins diet" and the "southbeach diet" are for fat housewives that diet for the sake of dieting, in fear their husbands will get tired of putting their face between their enormous thighs. bodybuilders and fit people need to find a healthy diet that fits their needs and facilitates good health. carbs, fat, protien, all that stuff is essential.

btw, that 100% whey sounds good. here is a little about protiens though
the response of net muscle protein synthesis to consumption of a protein solution immediately before resistance exercise is greater than when the solution is consumed after exercise.
Additionally the protien shakes in many cases provide essential amino acids which will help your muscles grow and perform better while they are being broken down...
long story short, protien shakes are fine after workouts, but just as important if not more before workouts

30 minutes is the max. You should take it immediatly before workout. I've had solid results this way. The pump makes my tri's or bi's feel like they're going to split. No joke.

I used Noxplode for an 8 week period. The first week I had tons of energy and felt a bit shaky, but it was well worth it. I was stronger, and I recovered between sets much faster. I also held my pump for a longer period. The last few weeks I still had more energy, but like with most things, it didn't seem to pack the same punch. Overall it was a good product, I would use it again. I've heard the black powder might be better, but I haven't used it.

black powder v n.o.
i personally think that bp is better then white flood and super pump im currently taking n.o first week in its not bad but bp gave me a better a better workout with better stam...its all about how your body reacts to it and when and how much you take if you drink coffee all the time then its not going to be as strong to you because caffine is part of your daily routine and if you take it on an empty stomach it works alot faster.
black powder > n.o

Never tried Black Powder...never will. Personally, I would stay away from anyone advertising the following, as MRI is on the label of Black Powder:
Proprietary Blend For Stamina And Endurance 1101mg ?
Potassium Bicarbonate ?
Sodium Bicarbonate ?
CarnoSyn? Beta-Alanine ?
Potassium bicarbonate is used for leavening in baking, and is used in fire extinguishers. This has nothing to do with stamina and/or endurance.
Sodium bicarbonate is just baking soda. Again, does not have any effect on stamina/endurance.
Beta-alanine, from my understanding, works to spare carnosine in the muscles (thus increasing carnosine levels), which can enhance stamina and endurance.
Given the position on the label as well as the fact that MRI is peddling baking powder to increase stamina, I'd be surprised if there were enough beta-alanine to do anything - probably just a pinch.
I bet this stuff gets a bit fizzy when you put it in water doesn't it?
