Have not tested my maxes lately only once a year I do it just to see but its almost that time again so I will update when I do...last time this was my 1rm from Aug. 07

Okay ,I guess I would like to join now.Bench 1rm 160 ,Squat 115 for 10 ,then 10 more,then 6
Deads are 225 for 8-10
Wich brings me to 500
Wow !!!! I've seen some pretty amazing squat #'s in here WHEWWWW..I gotta get my #'s up ... Good job

For those of you who really wanna increase your numbers, WORKOUT WITH MALES. I always get more out of it, idk why, just get pushed harder.

ok that's it if you get in (740lbs total) I didn't wanna just scrape through but looks like you've forced me
Deads are now: 198lbs (with my gloves)
squats: 220lbs
bench: 88lbs (so weak  )
that gives me a total of
506

WTG!
You should experiment w/ some different grips on that bench, and only work triceps/chest once a week. Most people just don't know HOW to train that kinda stuff.
NICE DL, I have hell holding onto 205 for reps, the only way I get 250ish is by yanking it up and dropping it! I could probably clean more than I could DL! Lol, that puts some image in my head of going to a comp and cleaning the weight instead of DLing it, wonder what the judges' reactions would be!

I'm really not quite sure how they could justify the logic of signalling me for a dirty lift when I did a clean lift.
