"Teres Major" Chest Development Help

I was looking at my chest this morning, and i had a question about what is a good workout for the chest that pretty much works that armpit area that latches on to the what looks like the delt and inner bicep. I did some research and I think that area is called the "Teres Major" if you dont know what im talking about.

If you look at my pics in my profile, my bicep has some nice mass but its not round like it should be, and my chest is solid up top and in the middle, but soft at the bottom (Decline Press isnt really helping either). my main problem area though is that danm armpit area of the chest that looks like it connects with that bicep and delt. my bicep muscle is nice I think as far as mass, but as it goes in towards my arm pit and chest there is flabby skin and fat there, which is causing it not to round out like the muscle should actually look.

How can I tighten this area up and get that definition in my inner bicep and armpit part of the chest? I was told that Lat Pullovers are the way to go but the only thing I could find on that are barbell pullovers. Is there a way that you can do pullovers with a dumbbell? Again if you have any suggestion for me then that would be great.

Thanks in advance.

Cable flyes always seem to pump that area for me, as well as using a wider grip on bench, and also using a really full range of motion on flat dumbell bench press

Dumbell Pullovers are very good excersise that works your chest and your lats it also helps expand your ribcage.

If u are gonna do them though use strict form and get a nice deep stretch.

Teres major is part of the back.

You mean outer pecs?

Try wide grip dips. They will crush that area.
