How am I doing...Creatine
Hi everyone, I just want advice and constructive criticism on how I am doing so far. I am sixteen years old. When I first started out at age 14 in 2005 I was at a weight of 127 pounds and since then I have bulked up to 145. Also is creatine a good supplement? I have heard of its benefits in using and have done my research on the product but would like to know if anyone who has used it knows someone who has tried it to give me their feedback. Ratings and advice please. 5'11"

I think you may not be eating enough. Since 2005? You should be bigger by now.

Yea, you definitely need to eat a LOT more. Creatine is a good supplement. I use it and its been good for me. Just drink a lot of water if you decide to take it and read up on it before you start taking it.

Thanks..
I will take your guys advice. Thanks. Since this pic was taken in november 11 2007 I probably weigh more but I wil bump up my caloric intake. I am sure if I can do that and with creatine and a hard program I will put on weight. I am happy with my 18 pounds though mainly muscle.

Yes on the weight thing but also take into consideration that he's 16 and his body is going through a whole lot of changes right now. Things gets weird around your age, eat more carbs and protein and you should be fine. Try counting your calories for a week so you can get an idea of how much you should be eating.
Creatine isn't really necessary, it'll help but it's not needed for you to gain size. If you do take creatine, I'd suggest taking it in cycles.
In the next year you're gonna get a surge of natural testosterone, this will be great for gaining size so eat right, work hard and prepare for some awesome gains.

You should be able to gain weight faster than that. I gained 15lbs since Dec 1st (57 days). And yes creatine is the best legal supplement you can take IMO.

yea but your not a kid. slow gains are better than no gains also better that fast gains. go over your nutrition and routines, I'm sure they both need work. knowledge is power, you're on the right track.
side note, stay away from any kind of hormone enhancement drugs
