Back Day. Pretty Average Workout. I feel like I've been losing fat, and have lost almost an inch off my waist already! Feels good. Can't wait for competition.

Took plasmajet today, and had a pretty decent pump going. I also took P-slin and Anabolic Pump Today. Again, pretty average workout.

Dren seems to be doing the trick. I've lost an inch off my waist in like a week! Pretty hardcore, especially since I don't feel an appreciable loss in strength or muscle mass.

DREN....how much of a kick does this give you..any comparisons to ephedrine?


I am thinking of trying plasmajet I just hate spending that amount of $$ on a product and having it do nothing! Is it helping with strength or pumps significantly? I am dieting also so looking to keep my strength/pumps ongoing as much as possible!

I'm liking Dren. It definitely gives me energy. Be sure to take it in the morning.

So far, I'm not so sure I'd spend the $$ on plasmajet.

So today was shoulder day. I decided to start rotating in some "definition moves" like cable side laterals. Got a great burn from them. Did a little posing after the lift, which went well. I can see a change in my physique already.

Today was an arm day. I didn't take plasmajet, but I DID take p-slin along with about 80 grams of carbs. HOLY CRAP.

While I didn't have amazing vascularity, my arms felt ENGORGED. It was great. I'm a usp believer. Tomorrow's an off day. Tonight, I'm going to talk ot a local bodybuilder for some advice. Will keep you posted on what he has to say.

Ah... Chest day today. maybe not as good as last week's but still pretty good. I did a low carb day yesterday followed by a high carb today as per the advice of a local, and I'm not sure I got a whole lot of a "carb up" effect. Maybe slightly.

I know this is getting kinda repetitive, but today was a leg day. While it wasn't the most hardcore of leg days, I am impressed with my definition. I shaved my legs last weekend and saw that I actually have striations in my quads. However, I'm realizing more and more that my calves leave something to be desired.
