Read the sticky at the top and the links in there.
To put it simply, you need to eat around 6-7 meals a day and try to get ~25g protein each meal. Eating is the most important part for someone your weight. If you're eating more calories than you need your body will put on weight, and if you're training right and getting enough protein you'll be putting on some decent muscle weight.
For the routine, do something like Rippetoes (sp?) to start off with.

Damn man you really are a tiny guy....
Eat a TON and start working out regularly and you'll definately see some changes, don't expect them to happen quickly though, it could take a long time. But bodybuilding has alot to do with patience, there is no miracle drug to gain 40 lbs 2 months

You're the EXACT same height and weight as my training partner. I'd recommend Rippetoe's. It has lots of compound exercises and combined with a high calorie diet you will grow like weed. Just don't make the typical beginner mistakes, such as not training your legs, only eating when you're starting to feel hungry, or stepping on the scale every day.
And remember that Rome wasn't built in a day! It may take years to get the body that you want, but it'll be worth it.. Just look at lifting weights as your hobby.. something you enjoy doing, make your diet a daily habit, and before you know it 10 months have passed and you've gained 22kg (that's what happened to me the last year).

Diet should be sources of walnuts, almonds, cashews, oats, egg whites, peanut butter, meat, tuna and fish. Mainly diet consumption is the main key to packing on muscle mass. Count your caloric intake and if you are a higher caliber athlete burning alot of calories a day, you will need more. Find your true goals, do you want to improve athletically, what sport are you training for ? as different methods work for different sports/events.
Dont rush into it if you are training for a sport as doing so can cause decreased stamina/endurance, lack of functional strength and lack of agility. I bulked to 185 lbs using bodybuilding routines and felt less mobile and felt i had less stamina and now my maximal and explosive strength and stamina is better thanks to the methods of people like Ross Enamit than it ever was following a bodybuilding routine such as 5x5.

thanks for all the advices!
i would like to look into my diet first, as taught by my friend, i need 2.3k cals per day, but i do not know what to eat. i need really easy-to-make meals.
to all the kind souls above that suggested rippetoes, i am looking at http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=750551 , which is a modified version of rippetoes.
thanks again for all the help.
